I'm a first time shopper and found that your webpage is difficult to navigate and research components. I had to go to another website to obtain the p/n and then use your site for availablity and pricing. Recommend having an illustrated parts breakdown of the end item to speed research time. You may already have this feature, but I never found it.

I was extremely disappointed once I received the product because it was a returned warranty claim that I was shipped that was a defective part. How I know this is because the item was opened and the letter from the previous customer explaining the reason for the return was included. Really!

Price is a little higher than elsewhere but if it really shows up in 2 or 3 days it is worth it. I wrote that before I received the order. It took over two weeks or me to get my parts. I contacted them after 5 days or so and they said some of the parts (I ordered 2 lawn mower blades) were out of stock. Their website did not indicate this when I placed the order. They said they would have the parts in day or two and I would have them two days after that. I waited another week and contacted them again. I think the response wasn't until the next day but they said the order had shipped. It had, I received them two days later.
The detailed diagram of the refrigerator helps, but its not clear. It would be great if you'll could add clear diagrams of the assembly. When i tried to zoom in to see the part id, i could not and i was always in a doubt, if i ordered the right part. But yes! It was the right part, delivery was on time and the part fit perfectly.

The item I ordered was delivered on time and was as described for the product.
The replacement item included two (2) loose sets of stacking tines. Not mentioned was the need for additional sets of clips to be attached nor how to install the clips. The cost is additional for the clips. Quite disturbing! Especially so, as the replacement lower dishrack came at a cost of $173.00. Customer service is somewhat removed--one may communicate in written form only. May this be resolved?

Order the part for my KitchenAid oven light, myself was surprise that the item came very quickly and in a good container in the way 5hat the light was not damage at all, truly appreciate it and I would order again, and that's what I looking at now for the microwave piece that I need. We had a very hard to find glass for our 20 year old Dacor oven. The thickest of our part frame was different than the original but our appliance repair man took the glass out of our part & put it in our frame. It worked out great & we have a spare glass!
