Whether or not I shop with GRP again will depend on the timeliness and condition of the product upon arrival. This is my first time to shop with GRP. Living in rural Colorado, having access to product via the internet is a wonderful convenience.

I followed the diagram that was shown for the fridge on the site to order a fridge door shelf bar and I thought I ordered the part that I needed, but the one I got did not fit the fridge door. It was too short and didn't fit the grooves! It fits the freezer door, so it's not #108 but actually #19.

Poor customer service

I ordered a part I needed for a refrigerator from Genuine Replacement Parts. The main reason I ordered the part from GRP was because of the speed they said it would arrive and because they claimed to have good reviews from shopper approved on their site. I needed another part as well and found that one another site and had to pay extra to get it to arrive on the same day. There was urgency to complete the repair because it was a refrigerator repair and we couldn't keep food on hand until repaired.

Unfortunately, the estimated arrival date came and went with no package from GRP arriving. The next morning I contacted GRP asking for a status. I received a response saying they would check on it and get back to me. I did not hear back. The following day I reached out again and they responded saying that the part was out of stock and would maybe be in stock in two weeks. I understand that there can be computer glitches, but it's very frustrating that they did not contact me to tell me the part was out of stock after I ordered. If they had simply contacted me after I placed my order to tell me it was out of stock, then I would have been able to order else where and move on, but because of their inaction, it delayed my project a week while I waited for them to send me a part that didn't exist. They also didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me, they were quick to refund which I appreciated, but they never acknowledged that they had made a mistake, that they should have told me about the issue or even apologize for the inconvenience.

I hope I'm the exception to the rule and that most people have better experiences. But I also realized that it's very hard to leave any feedback for people like myself that have a poor experience(I had to contact shopper approved and prove I had ordered parts) so I went through to loop holes so others would be informed.

Nice site and easy to nav. Prices competitive and shipping seems quick and not extremely over priced. Part worked as you would expect a new part.

Only thing that I would suggest is to make the wire harness optional as this would allow a lower price for the assembly.
Or provide a connection diagram and send the Wire Harness not connected. That way the end user can use existing harness in their stove and not have to disassemble the stove more than needed. Also keeps from having to remove new harness from new assembly.

The ice maker I received was the right one it was just that I had to return it because the wiring was completely different, still working with one of your people to get the right one. I still have not heard back I sent pictures of my old unit and the one that I returned so that I could get the correct one. Please have someone contact me so that I can get the correct one delivered

The lens covers fit the application perfectly. They were well packaged and therefore suffered no damage in transit. The price for the item was competitive but the shipping seemed excessive for the weight of the package compared to other sites. Since DAPPZ was the only site with the items I needed in stock, I was willing to pay the extra shipping costs. Otherwise, the ordering and follow-up experience was excellent.

Even though the product sent by Dappz matched the model number of my washing machine, it was not compatible with my LG unit. The gasket provided by Dappz did not have a knock-out for a light port on the top of the gasket, as the original part did. Therefor, I can't use it and must return and try to find the correct part.
