Great item. Easy install.
The purchasing experience was very easy. Easy to find the part for my fridge and easy to check out. I will know more if and when my part arrives in the time promised and if correct and not damaged. As others have said GE is not making their components very well anymore. I have replaced this same drawer twice in 8 years due to cracking and breaking. Very poorly and cheaply made. We do not have young kids and are not hard on our appliances, but this refrigerator has had to have almost every component replaced due to breaking. Plastic is very brittle and weak.
VERY SMOOTH/TROUBLE FREE EXPERIENCE!

This is the second time I've used the Genuine Replacement Part's website. They are fantastic. I've recently received (only 5 days to receive parts) parts for my clothes dryer. Within 30 minutes, my cousin had the parts installed and I was able to do my laundry. The first time I used them was for a vegetable pan with glass shelf for my refrigerator. Both orders came in promptly and as ordered! In fact, the vegetable pan's arrival was delayed by UPS for two days and GRP contacted me immediately to let me know that it was going to be delayed. I can't get that kind of service from local companies!
The key to a successful experience is to have your make and model numbers handy while ordering and double checking the order before finalizing. I take my time and it's been right each time, completely on point!
I would recommend this website in a heartbeat.

The part hasn't been installed yet, but it is just as shown and arrived in a timely manner.
Site was easy to navigate, online transaction smooth and merchandise is priced competitively. Delivery was super fast too. My only disappointment is that while competitive with other online retailers, the price of the item (a small, wheeled ring that allows the microwave turntable to spin) was $45. Very expensive for a piece of plastic.
The part I received cost me $165. Can't say I liked the steep price, but it was the part I needed,and my dishwasher is up and running again.
