Other sites were out of the part I needed, but not Genuine Replacement Parts! And I'm glad it worked out that way because the customer care interface is superb- good communication every step of the way, and the order (glass!) arrived unscathed.

Have not installed it yet

No callback or email reply from customer service when part didn't arrive in expected timeframe. No live body answering phones during normal work hours. Business address shows as a post office in FL. No phone number or email address on invoice. Doesn't give the client a warm fuzzy feeling about this being a legit business until the part shows up.

My washer is working now so I'm a happy customer.

Everything was as advertised. Price was by far the best I saw on the internet. To be honest, it made me concerned that it was too good to be true and I'd be disappointed some how. I am pleased to say that everything was great. The ease to find what I needed, the price and the speed of delivery was better than expected. I'm now a loyal customer.

The product is fine, but unfortunately I can't use it. My micro wave was not repairable. I would like to return the part but not sure how!?
