Incorrect parts sent. Communications with GRP are impossible 'live'. Took about 8-10 emails and over a week to have them admit that the parts were wrong. I had to pay $32 in return shipping and now 8 days after UPS shows the package accepted, I have no credit for the parts. This has been a terrible experience. There are plenty of other vendors to turn to!

Easy and fast
The ONLY reason I chose your company was because it showed me a 2 day delivery window. I didn't get it for 11 days! It went from down south (Georgia I believe) to Illinois and then come back to southern Missouri again because you chose to use FEDEX! I will never use your company again. I paid $20 more than amazon and with amazon I could have received it in 3 days instead of 11!
Yes everything worked out well from the customer service point of view. However this is the third time that I have replaced that particular part.
I ordered two items. One was a bowl for my Kitchen Aid blender which fit perfectly! Really happy about that. Both items were shipped promptly, but one was not the right element for my stove. The incorrect one was sent, but the representatives were very prompt in trying to find out what happened. The part was also slightly damaged which I told them about. After several email interchanges, they said they did not have the correct part in stock, and that they would refund my money for that element. Everything went smoothly in the conversations and now, if I get my refund, all will be well. I will order from Genuine Replacements again if I get my refund without problems.

Placing order was easy and very intuitive. Delivery times also were very good ( taking into consideration current COVID situation). Do your due diligence before placing an order to be 100% sure you are ordering a right part. The only hick-up in my case was, after placing the order I didn't received tracking number. Contacted customer's service via chat next day and was provided with tracking number. Turns out, item could be sent but from some reason confirmation e-mail with tracking number might be not generated. Other then that I do not have any complains. Part arrived quickly, very well packaged, was worked fine after installation.
