Everything was fine, ordering, having it shipped, receiving. Unfortunately, the part was not the right part for my computer, not their fault, and the return was equally easy through their support. Overall, I would shop with them again as they made the whole process easy and stressless.
Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics. Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.

This is the 2nd time I used this website to order OEM parts for my Kenmore Dishwasher. Both parts were electronic components. Amazingly satisfied. Easy to order parts, From order to delivered - was 4-5 days. If later than originally estimated, I received an email letting me know. Excellent company to deal with - especially in lite of COVID times. Part was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely do business with Genuine Replacement Parts again.

I ordered an "OEM" temperature sensor for my Kenmore model *******3311 gas range and received a part that didn't fit. I tried calling and never got through. While on hold every 10 seconds there's messaging to try to get you to email their support department, and state that "our staff is dedicated to answering your questions as quickly as possible".
I tried emailing multiple times, zero response. Chat line during posted hours, nothing.
Beware of these guys is all I can say. Crap for customer service.
I ordered GE Micorwave oven parts for specific model clearly. I receieved wromng parts. I sent email notice clearly stating the parts. But initial response from support team is not encouraging. They denied to accept the mistake and replied, wrong parts are ordered by me.
I gave clear pictures and photos including the order numbers with clear details. After four emails correspondance, finally they realised and sent correct parts and I installed.
With such a price for parts, proper customer support service is required, to resolve the mistakes. I spent lot of time on this issue, which is not necessary.

The part arrived and in good shape even though the box was beaten up very badly. It, the panel was Easy enough to install, but required a special tool which could have been purchased through you? And included? It also would have been nice to have install specifics from you instead of from YouTube? I am still concerned that this part should have been recalled we have owned many microwaves in the past all of which have the same type of control panel and never have they ever stopped working like this one. We were warned when we purchased it to get an extended warranty because of just this problem. And I have several neighbors with similar ge microwaves that have the same issue. Thank goodness my husband is an engineer and had no problem with this install otherwise it would have been smarter and cheaper to buy a new one…. More trash to pollute our planet! This was a built in so it was more expensive to replace. And after it only being about 4 years old it seems that GE should be looking at why this part fails so easily and soon.

I needed to replace gaskets for both of the refrgerstor door on a refrigerator that came with the house I bought 2 years ago. I searched on the internet and this company not only had the exact part number for my model Whirlpool the price was $50 - 90 less per gasket priced by others on line. It arrived earlier than expected, packaged securely and easy to install myself. Now my food will be properly cooled and I will no longer waste energy, which is additional savings.

I ordered a replacement stand for my TV. The problem is that it did not give you an option for an "A" or "B" leg. I thought the stand were universal then. I received the wrong leg. I received the "A" leg and should have had the "B" leg. It was a little over priced for a simple plastic leg that did not come with the screws either.

My package was lost. I finally got through to GRP and the girl says that it's between me and UPS. That's just crap. I choose them because they offered the fastest shipping. I didn't choose how it was shipped. ( They Did) We are also business owners. If this type of thing happens. We reship no questions asked after verifying the shipment is lost. They should be taking this up with UPS and getting there customers part out ASAP. Obviously not a legit company. From all the negative post I have read. Sounds like the can't even afford return shipping if they send you the wrong part.

We ordered a faucet replacement for our reverse osmosis water filtration system. They delivered the wrong part several days past due. It then took 15 emails, ten photographs and constant back & forth between several support agents in trying to get a refund. They made us jump through a ton of hoops for a $70 refund, not to mention we had to pay return shipping. No return label was provided.
Dont waste your time or money These guys are awful. Take your business elsewhere.
Your rep said this would fit when I gave him my model and serial number, but as you can see, it is much too long, like a dishwasher handle instead of a compactor handle. I have taken several pictures but can't download them because of an error message that they are too large. The box says return to GPR, 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Ste F, Lawrenceville, GA *******. I couldn't answer you quickly because of a hospital stay. This is not a rating, but a request to return the item.

The inner tub I purchased from you will not accept the filter plugs I purchased to replace the white round filter that was on the bottom of the old tub. Either the tub was made wrong or it wasn't supposed to be made for the washer. It's a basic universal tub by whirlpool for multiple badges as they come down the assembly lines. First photo is the old tub with the large holes. Second is the new tub with the smaller holes.

Ordered an OEM washer motor (not even stocked locally) at a great price including shipping. Online transaction was very straightforward with excellent GRP communication from order through delivery. Although very rare in my homeowner repair experience, the OEM part was defective. After exchanging a couple defect description and confirmation emails (including pictures) with GRP Customer Service (very courteous, prompt and professional), they took care of me and shipped a new motor at no cost to me the very same day. GRP is at the top of my appliance replacement parts suppliers.

I entered the model number off my refrigerator in the search engine on this website (Genuine Replacement Parts) and I received the correct door shelf to fit my refrigerator. However, GRP wants to tell me I used a totally different model number when searching for the crisper draw (all searched for at the same time and on the same invoice...see bottom of picture for a copy of the invoice). There is no way I came up with a totally different model number of a refrigerator that I don't even have in my house. They refuse to refund me my total amount of $144.89 plus shipping, they refuse to waive the 25% restocking fee, and they will not pay the return shipping it cost through UPS (for the cheapest way possible) of $71.74. This company sending me the incorrect crisper draw has costed me $252.63 and I still don't have a correct $144.89 crisper draw. This company is a total rip off. After numerous emails back and forth over their mistake, they keep telling me it was my fault that I came up with a model number that I don't even have. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE! I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau!

Blew out the plug on my oven and searched online for a replacement. I'd never heard of this place before so I was skeptical but the cord was relatively cheap and it was the only place that said they could get it to me within a week. It ended up coming in just a day. It was packaged properly and after installed, my oven works perfectly again. Excellent service, five stars, would highly recommend!
