Everything was fine, ordering, having it shipped, receiving. Unfortunately, the part was not the right part for my computer, not their fault, and the return was equally easy through their support. Overall, I would shop with them again as they made the whole process easy and stressless.
Company buys Google ads for part numbers that are not accurate (or even in the store) and will not accept returns of any kind if the part does not work if you open the box and attempt install. Very deceptive practice and components like this aren't like consumer electronics. Will never use again and advise all to look elsewhere for businesses that have better policies for the customer so you aren't left with a part you cannot use and bought from deceptive marketing.

Your rep said this would fit when I gave him my model and serial number, but as you can see, it is much too long, like a dishwasher handle instead of a compactor handle. I have taken several pictures but can't download them because of an error message that they are too large. The box says return to GPR, 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Ste F, Lawrenceville, GA *******. I couldn't answer you quickly because of a hospital stay. This is not a rating, but a request to return the item.

The inner tub I purchased from you will not accept the filter plugs I purchased to replace the white round filter that was on the bottom of the old tub. Either the tub was made wrong or it wasn't supposed to be made for the washer. It's a basic universal tub by whirlpool for multiple badges as they come down the assembly lines. First photo is the old tub with the large holes. Second is the new tub with the smaller holes.

There was a mix up with shipping address and it was such a hassle to fix it. The also charged me with additional fees just for a correction. I had the feeling that the person helping me disliked trying to make correction. Wish I had ordered with another company

I entered the model number off my refrigerator in the search engine on this website (Genuine Replacement Parts) and I received the correct door shelf to fit my refrigerator. However, GRP wants to tell me I used a totally different model number when searching for the crisper draw (all searched for at the same time and on the same invoice...see bottom of picture for a copy of the invoice). There is no way I came up with a totally different model number of a refrigerator that I don't even have in my house. They refuse to refund me my total amount of $144.89 plus shipping, they refuse to waive the 25% restocking fee, and they will not pay the return shipping it cost through UPS (for the cheapest way possible) of $71.74. This company sending me the incorrect crisper draw has costed me $252.63 and I still don't have a correct $144.89 crisper draw. This company is a total rip off. After numerous emails back and forth over their mistake, they keep telling me it was my fault that I came up with a model number that I don't even have. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE! I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau!

C Service followup on my 'wrong part' SOS was puny; faIled to if, locate, or send the part I need, If GRP eventually gets my part to me, my rating will go up considerably.
They sent me the wrong item. The item cost $50. When I asked for an exchange, they said no. They said they would refund me, I would ship the item back, and then I could buy the correct item.
This sounded fine to me. However, they were going to charge me for shipping and a restocking fee. I ended receiving a $9 refund for a $50 item.

We purchased a new replacement part for our refrigerator from Genuine Replacement Parts. After one year, the part failed. Although it was only a few days outside of the one year warranty, Genuine Replacement Parts would do NOTHING about it. Talk about terrible customer service. It all seems very shady. Save yourself a lot of headache and expense and order from another company!

The service and delivery time were good, but the product I received was the wrong size. I ordered by the model number on my microwave, so assumed I would receive the right one, but the replacement glass tray is too large and won't fit into the microwave. I have it in the box with all of the packing materials, but I can't take it back to the post office right now because I am an older adult with a preexisting health condition and am staying at home.
Please advise as to how to follow up. Thank you.

One of the worst buying experiences I have had. Part number listed on website was not what I received and company will not admit fault and shift fault to the buyer saying that I bought the wrong product. Ended up having to pay for return shipping because I am tired of trying to argue with them via email. Also tried to tell me the part I wanted would not work for the the appliance I had (not true - bought the part from Amazon and it works great).

This company is a rip-off. They sent me the wrong part and now they are saying that they won't change it or refund my money because the part is now considered used. I have not even taken the plastic off the part, because I could see that the connecting strip is not the right size,. They refuse to pick up their telephones or respond to an email concerning a damaged GE Part# WB28X******* Ignitor Glow Bar. Both my husband and I emailed them pictures of the damaged part they sent me and we got absolutely no response from this company. They ignored both our phone calls and emails. We are now asking for a refund and we can not even get through to the company to get the refund. They will not allow you to return an item without a RAM#. However since they do not answer there phones we can not get a RAM# to return the broken part they send us. This company are sheer crooks to say the least. Sad excuse for a company who should be backing up the parts they sell to you. IF I COULD GIVE THEM MINUS 5 STARS I WOULD HAVE!

I purchased a replacement bowl for my kitchenAide mixer. I ordered the correct bowl, however there was a design flaw that made it unusable. I had to return it. Even though it was defective, they refused to refund shipping fees and had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee for a defective item. They knew the it was defective, since they dropped it from their products list after I notified them of the design flaw. KitchenAide also dropped it from their product list! This is the only company that charges for delivery and return of defective items, as well as a restocking fee. Be ready to assume all responsibility for shipping and restocking fees for defective items. This is the worst company. They assume no responsibility for anything!
I ordered the wrong part but didn't realize it until it came in (refrigerator shelf should have ordered a refrigerator cripser cover). I contacted the company right away and sent them everything they requested to return it. They sent me return instructions but when I got to UPS it was $80 to ship it. Why would I pay $80 to return a part I only paid $121 for? The young lady at UPS suggested I change the packaging (it would have been cheaper) but of course GRP wants the product returned in the original packaging so that was not an option. I called the customer service line and the only thing I was told was we can't help you. I had ordered the correct parts, from GRP, before I knew how horrible they were and requested to cancel, as soon as this refund conversation took place, but they claimed it could not be canceled. I was told I would have to request to return. This is how they SCAM you. You pay hardly nothing for them to ship to you but you are charged an arm and leg, plus restocking fees, to return items to them. I will never do business with them again! STAY AWAY!
After finding out that my order could not be stopped before it was shipped even though they were closed I was emailed at least three times by customer service what the procedure was in order to qualify for a refund after a restocking fee of course. Box in which item was shipped had to be the return box and could not have any blemishes, writing or tape on it that would distract from re-selling item. You need to acknowledge in writing that the item has not been installed or used. You have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. Once they receive the box, they will inspect it and determine if you in fact met all the criteria spelled out in their instruction email. Since I had just mailed a box weighing at least 30lbs to Newport Island New York, same size box and it cost $12.50 I figured might be even less because it was about 3 lbs., but I was okay with the same. I was shocked to find out that it would cost $37.+ to return plus the restocking fee. The item cost less than the shipping alone... UPS indicated that it was because of the location it was going to. Well, now that is interesting, obviously GRP knows that they will not get any returns because they certainly are aware of shipping to the location, they chose for it to go which must be a massive commercial hub of some sort. Bottom line here is that I will never do business again with these people, they certainly are not out for any kind of customer support and consequently repeat business.

I will never purchase anything from this company again. Purchased two charcoal filters. Opened the box upon arrival and discovered they were the wrong size. Did not install. Went to website and attempted "Chat." No response. Attempted to call, but recording saying customer service not available during holiday (Friday, Nov. 11} Received an email later that day alerting me of the delivery of the items. It stated to reply if problem with the item. I did. Did not receive a reply until late the next evening (Saturday). Replied with issue. Two days went by and nothing. Called service and they said they do not take return items that cost under $30. The items cost a total of $25, and with tax and shipping, came to $38. I wanted to order the correct filters, but, not when they are stiffing me with two I can't use. BEWARE!
