I ordered a crisper drawer for my Samsung Refrigerator on Dappz. The order was processed and I was sent an invoice. After a few weeks I had still not received the crisper drawer and reached out to them. They responded saying they had posted the wrong pricing online and that they cancelled my order and refunded the amount. They said that I could go back online and reorder the part- which had increased by $30. WHAT? I have reported them to the FTC- stay away! Typical bait and switch...
Excellent service. The drawer arrived an if I hadn't checked it would have broken in the same place as the old one. I had to superglue the top right front edge that is supposed to lock in place because it would not snap in place. As a side note it proves it was an original drawer
Terrible customer service! They sent the wrong item and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I had to pay to ship the item back which almost costed as much as the product. After it was returned I had to chase after them for days for a refund. THIS PLACE IS ONE BIG SCAM! They'll steal your money, don't buy from them!
This part was backordered by the manufacturer and was not available from many suppliers however GRP had it in stock. The communication from the company was excellent throughout the process including notifying me of a delay in the delivery over the 4th.
We ordered a part they sent us a different wrong part. We sent them a screenshot of the part number we ordered on their site and the part number stamped on the part they sent us. They dragged their feet and "escalated" the issue. I called 10+ times before the call center answered and then Felicity argued with me (while she had all my emails and photos in front of her) and made fun of me. Her supervisor Jonathon said she did nothing wrong, he proceeded to argue with me, talk over me, and then said he wouldn't process my return and hung up! I can't even believe this was a real experience. Worst company ever. I see why they have a warning from the better business bureau. Avoid them
GRP delivered a part that claims to be OEM: Bosch wfmc6400uc/01 washing machine Door Gasket Kit *******. However, when I received the part, the directions on it require that I had to disable the flushing hose. My original part had a hole in the gasket for the flushing hose. The GRP part did not have the hole and requires you to re-route the flushing hose.
They refused to refund my shipping cost of $77 to return the non-OEM part. They claim that the part is OEM but does require a retrofit.
I will never be a customer again due to the poor customer service and that they do not guaranteed that all parts are exact replacements.
This was an expensive lesson! Buyer Beware!
We were happy with the service and quality of the product. It was one day late according to the the original order date, bit it did arrive early morning the day after. May have been late due to covid.

Possibly THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM!
Do yourself a favor - KEEP SEARCHING.
Issues:
1. Wrong part sent to me - their answer, "While the parts may vary in appearance, they have the same functionality as the original part. The manufacturer no longer produces the original part number and has updated the part to work with more models". Wrong!
2. Getting an RMA # - literally 20 emails later. I sent the part back in the exact same box, packed the exact same way, never installed part because it was completely different than part needed.
3. After returning to them with tracking, no response until three emails later stating - "Once your return has been received, our warehouse will inspect the item(s) to make sure it complies with our Return Policy. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time item is received and
Inspected to process the return. As we are experiencing delays" - Simply ridiculous.
My Review is not to criticize a bad part but a price.
Price of the part I needed was priced wrong. Probably.
Every other site had a price of $30 Dapzz was $15
Thought it was a great price on the part.
After ordering I receive a email that part was out of stock with no date to replenish.
Imagine that! Within a hour.
Then to add insult they say my money on the cc will be returned in 10 days.
So they can get interest on my money or what?

If you need parts quickly, don't be fooled by their stated delivery dates. I had 3 items ordered, and it was split into 2 separate orders. The delivery date on the order came and went, and after inquiring, a response provided tracking showing one part of the order would be arriving 4 days late, and the 2nd part of the order would be arriving 8 days late (it wasn't even shipped until the original expected receipt date for the order). Purchase elsewhere.
It was easy finding. Part that I needed through your homepage item listed perfectly.i receive.the package was crush item inside was bent, and I was able to straighten it. Can't attach photos.
I updated my account address. Product was shipped to old address. They refused to help unless I paid another $22. GRP stole $150 from me. See response below from the stellar support crew.

I ordered 2 replacement shelves for my refrigerator doors. When they were delivered I realized they were the wrong doors. They have NO contact number, NO contact info on their website. I've written numerous emails to try to figure out how I can return these shelves with NO RESPONSE for over a month. Don't get screwed like I did.
I purchased in February a Whirlpool refrigerator from an appliance retailer. It arrived without one door basket and one shelf, which I was told were extras. I ordered them from Whirlpool and the door basket arrived in a few days. The shelf (a plain tempered glass shelf with plastic edge guards) was backordered for a month. It never arrived and every time I looked for 5 months it was further backordered. I finally cancelled the Whirlpool order and got it from you (your price was also less) and it came it two days.
Ordered a handle set for Frigidaire refrigerator advertised on their website for $35.89. Made the order and printed the receipt for $43.66 with shipping. Got a email confirmation and order was on it's way. A couple of hours later I got an email stating that the advertised price was wrong and that the order had been cancelled but that there was still time to reorder today. When I returned to the web site the price was $105.00. Needless to say, I ordered from a different more reputable company at a lower price. I will never use Dappz again. Also no phone number to speak with customer service.
I feel I was scammed, sent a used part and had been Sent from third party. Ordered part, arrived in double box, inside box holding part had been opened and electronic part just packed in paper], Had obviously been sold prior, even had previous UPS tracking sticker on it. Should have gone to BBB website first. Consumer warning noted there for this online store front.
First, my part wasn't shipped until 5 days after I placed an order. I have to contact them directly to chase down the status of it. And magically it was shipped 2 days after that. Received wrong part and the return process is painful, I have to sent a bunch of proof that it is wrong. After I got approved, I have to pay for return label! It is a shame. Btw, I did pay for the original shipping cost now I have to pay for return at their fault.
Needed a sensor for our dishwasher. This site was great in that, by typing in our model number, it was verified that the part was correct.
We went with this site because it said the part would be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday I received 2 email2 that the part had shipped - one from UPS and the other from Fed Ex - both we bogus. Online chat was helpful, giving me the correct tracking number BUT it was USPS and the part didn't arrive until Friday.
I would order from here again, but plan several more days than published for delivery.
