My first order had a broken top on the chiller which I was a little unhappy as it was clear that it was packaged with a broken top. I was happy that they replaced it. In these situations, it would be helpful to have the option to upload the photo of the damaged item directly on the website. When I sent an email regarding the broken top, I did not get a response so I called to find out if my email was received and where I need to upload the photo. They gave me the email to upload the photo and I did receive a new item the next day. The customer service on the phone was helpful.

I received the part on 14th. However, my repair guy told me that he had ordered the wrong part. The fridge needs a compressor and not a fan. I called on 16th and talked to a nice lady. She told me that she will initiate the return paperwork since we did not even open the shipment. And, I got your email.
We did not use the part at all. It is still in your original packaging. Please guide how we can return the part for a refund.

I ordered 2 parts on a Friday, on Monday morning I checked to see if parts had been shipped and they had not been shipped yet, but being processed so I told them I would like to cancel order. They E-mailed me back saying that packaged would still need to be shipped so when I received I could send back and they would inspect and return. When I received package I did not even unpack just immediately took to post office and sent back which I paid for the return freight. So when they received the package 3 days later it took them 10 days to refund my money less a restocking fee. They could have stopped the whole deal before it ever shipped. MY BAD kI SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

Understood delivery to be on a Monday even with order placement I believe late on a Friday. Didn't understand how it would arrive Monday when Friday night the order status was still pending but sure enough it arrived Monday and was exactly what was needed.

Also appreciated that the part for ordering was specified as the bottom shelf for the model, which is what I needed. I'd previously bought a replacement shelf elsewhere that was right for the model but didn't specify which shelf it was, and it actually ended up being the top shelf, which I didn't need.
