I wrote the above when I ordered the part. The part I was going to replace actually turned out to be OK so I am returning the part I got from you. But the return has worked well so far.
Great experience, easy to find part, part fit as expected,would have liked if your website suggested that I purchase the gasket for the part (I was able to use the old one, so no big deal. If I needed it though, it would have been another week before I was able to install the part) Shipping took longer then expected, not that I am complaining, but a lot of other places could have gotten it to me in two days, it took a full week for yours to get here. Now your price was better buy a few dollars, and that is the expedited shipping I am sure. I will definitely order from you again, unless I absolutely need the part ASAP.
The part for my freezer (door seal) was a bit late, but did the trick, and was as described.

When I ordered a Kenmore Refrigerator water filter, I gave my correct model name and number. I received a filter that had 2 connector spouts when my model will only accept 1 connector spout. The filter I received stated it was a replacement filter for Amana, Maytag or KitchenAid... It didn't mention Kenmore. Customer Service told me that the wrong part they sent me was the correct replacement part! I assured them that if I took a sledge hammer and forced their two pronged filter into my one pronged receptacle, it still wouldn't work. I sent pictures and they agreed to refund the full purchase price, but I still had to pay $15 to the US Post Office to sent the wrong filter back to Indiana. They could not provide the correct part, so they refunded my money. I recommend you input into your database, that a Kenmore filter and an Amana filter are not interchangeable. Everyone was courteous and professional at all times. These are honest people trying to make an honest living.

Part I ordered was delivered a week later than originally stated when I placed my order. However, that is to be expected for ground shipping, and originally-stated date was really ambitious. GenuineReplacementParts kept me updated on the status of the delivery including notifying me of the change in delivery date. Part arrived and was exactly what I ordered. Overall good experience.
