Everything was great but I ordered a part it turns out I didn't need at the moment. I was unable to get information about how to return it despite sending an email. Since these parts (a frig drawer) are notoriously fragile, I decided to keep it and not pursue the return.

I was able to add many more years of life to my Maytag washer because of the timer that you sold to me.

Johnathan and his wife are crooks. Says they ship to day but they use US Mail and ship many days late. If you need a part in 2 weeks they might be your place. If you need it quick AVOID!

I received the wrong gaskets. They say they are the correct gaskets, but they don't fit my doors, and the make n model of my fridge is verified correct.

Only place where I felt confident I was getting the right OEM part, though I was concerned I would have difficulty returning the product if it was not correct. It turned out this WAS the correct part, unlike the one I ordered originally off of Amazon.
