Bottom oven plate fit perfectly. Seemed to have been upgraded from original, with top cut out vents.

Order the part for my KitchenAid oven light, myself was surprise that the item came very quickly and in a good container in the way 5hat the light was not damage at all, truly appreciate it and I would order again, and that's what I looking at now for the microwave piece that I need. Simple and easy to use

Found what I needed fairly easily, exact part for my stove model, good quality part, easy to install. Would have liked a less expensive price but the price was competitive and found none less expensive. Overall, highly satisfied with the entire transaction and recommend Genuine Replacement Parts.

The part fit like it was supposed to and fixed the problem

Only ask that you provide an installation video although I found one on YouTube.

The part was slightly different. I double-checked my model and confirmed I was ordering the correct part. The side where you plug your fuse-like plug into the part was on the left side instead of to the back. This made it a little tight between the part and the coils. Though, I ended up needing to replace the whole ice maker due to it still not working.

Though the part was delivered on time as promised, it did not fix the washer. I think it is the motor that has failed. Can you offer any additional discount if I were to purchase the motor.
