I am in the process of trying to return a stovetop knob which is the wrong part for my stove. All you can do is email them and they keep asking me the same thing over and over, which is what is the packing slip say the model number is? THERE IS NOT PACKING SLIP! And should they not have this information already since I order this part from them. I paid $80 for this part and they keep giving me the round around. I do not recommend ordering from this company, They are not about the customer comes first and definitely not helpful AT ALL! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
I ordered a part for my refrigerator, they sent me the wrong part, the connection was different, their site only showed the refrigerator model, and part type (sensor), not part number. When I got the part, and took the refrigerator apart, found out it was the wrong part. I contacted them, they wanted picture of the wrong part, picture of the model and serial number of the refrigerator, even though the model number of the refrigerator is on the invoice. I sent pictures, they told me they sent me the right part, will not pay for the shipment back and will probably deduct shipping cost. Amazingly, their site has only positive reviews, I wonder what happened to those that left negative feedback. This is why most people will not do business with outfits like this, and Amazon keeps on growing.

I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Their return policy is bogus and they do not follow it. Sent me an LG part to my Kenmore fridge and can't send me a free label.
The "mesh screen" on this dryer lint filter doesn't appear to be as durable as the original one. I just hope it holds up.
Had to call customer service to get the tracking number the day after the item should have arrived. It took them an extra day to provide me the tracking number only to find out that the part had been sent to the completely wrong place (which they learned from me after I used the tracking number). This wouldn't have been a problem except that I needed the part to have been delivered the day it was promised. Upon talking to the customer service for the 5th or 6th time they informed me that UPS had made a mistake with the delivery. I requested then that UPS should expedite delivery but customer service said they could only ship through ground...
