Ordered ice maker for fridge. The one that came in is different and won't fit. A week of phone calls, emails, waiting for response, sending photos to show the problem and no one will respond to me. This is the worst customer service I have seen in years. THE PHOTOS WILL NOT UPLOAD TO THIS SITE.
Required to scan through too many parts to find the correct one.
First part was in an oversized manufacturers box with just plastic sheeting instead of bubble wrap and the plastic housing was broken around the pump coil. After contacting GRP they sent another unit to replace the damaged unit. New pump was in a much smaller box with bubble wrap and wrapped securely in bubble wrap. Will install new pump this weekend on washing machine. Thanks to the GRP team for fixing what looked to me as a manufacture's packaging issue.

All went well. I do wish that the clamp (wire with spring) recommended purchase of a tool to make it much easier to put on. I am still fighting with it to get it on. I am hearing noise from a fan now. I will be looking that up and will be in contact if I need to replace that part as well.
Purchased a replacement pump for our dishwasher at $64.00. Had it installed and 3 weeks later it broke. Call GRP and they told me the warranty for this "genuine" part is only 30 days. Really? Don't stand by the parts you sell? Now I have to rebuy the part (Amazon sells it cheaper. Now I find out.) and have that installed. Meanwhile I'm have to hand wash to get covid-19 off the dishes. Beware, you could be their next victim.
