I cannot believe how fast I received my order! When it was clear it was going to take 2 days instead of one, they actually emailed to apologize. During Covid, no less. Perfectly packed and easy to install. I broke and fixed my refrigerator door in 3 days.

The correct part arrived and seems to be working as of now. The only issue I had was delivery. I paid a little extra for next day delivery since it was a refrigerator part and I needed my refrigerator to be working during a pandemic. After the expected date of delivery passed I emailed the company and was assured it was on its way. Soon after I received my first email stating the part had been shipped and when I looked at the tracking information it appeared the part had just been delivered to the post office that day (Friday) and I wouldn't receive the part until Monday. The part came on Monday and again seems to be working well so outside of the inconvenience of living out of a mini fridge for a few extra days all is well. People definitely have bigger problems right now. Thanks
