The support folks at genuinereplacementparts.com did a good job following-up with the shipping issue when I reported to them the item has been sitting in a Pre-shipment state for 3 days per USPS tracking record. They speed it up for me. Hence I have received it in time. This controller board part has resolved my washer machine issues. Thanks a lot!
Easy, images are clear with zoom options, price is competitive. Emailed to confirm the correct product for my oven and received prompt response. New heating element was installed in under 5 minutes.
Pros:
1) Fast shipping
2) Prompt customer service response to inquiry
Cons:
1) Product came opened, used, and dirty with writing on the bag (obviously looked like a used return)
2) Had to send 7 pictures (including the box) to customer service to attempt to hold their vendor accountable but still was not successful as they requested more pictures
3) Customer Service accused me of lying over $20 product for a fridge made over 20 years ago
Overall:
As a first time customer, I expected this to be a great experience but the lack of vendor accountability or basic customer service from support team will make me not come back to Genuine Replacement Parts. Accusing your customer of lying and not holding your vendor accountable for sending a dirty used item is disappointing. I do not recommend buying from this site.

Customer service has been very friendly but at this point I have still not received a confirmation that I will receive a refund for this broken part that was shipped to me
About a week has passed now and I still have not received a confirmation on my refund and in the meanwhile I have decided just to purchase a new microwave to replace my old one rather than deal with getting a another part
