Very easy to locate the correct part and check out was simple. I spent 3 hours installing the new drum and bearing assembly on my dryer this weekend, I spent more time than normal going through the machine cleaning everything, parts were a perfect fit and dryer is like brand new.

When ordering the site stated I was paying for 2 day shipping. After 5 days I contacted the company to see what had happened. They didn't know and reached out to the warehouse. Though I paid close to $9 for shipping it took a week to get my part. Which was 5 days after the order cleared my bank.

Had a problem with my first order...just looked at the part number wrong and ordered the wrong part. After emailing after hours a request to cancel, I had an answer in less than 30 minutes granting my request.
