Received a broken part I bought for a fridge only way to communicate is thru email no reply and no contact number or anyone to talk about how to fix the issue so have to take a loss pissed off please don't buy from here I wish there was a 0 rank
My order was shipped with a single layer of packing paper and flush to the sides of the box. If this part was packed with bubble wrap and a larger box, it may have prevented damages during transit. With that said, I am waiting to receive undamaged product or a refund.
I ordered a part based on the website mapping for my model number. It turned out to be the wrong part. I was informed that I "got what I ordered" and so I went about the return process, which included shipping back the product at my own expense. They received my part back 2 months ago per FED EX. After multiple emails and phone calls I am still to receive a response from the returns department, much less a refund for my overpriced part.
My part is a WEEK late at this point. When I spoke to support all they will "commit" to is that I SHOULD get an email with my tracking number "within 48 hours." Maybe. If I don't, I should call them back to see what when wrong. Then, they TRY to ship on the next business day but that's not guaranteed either. When it might arrive is anyones guess, it seems. What a joke. Use another service.
This is the second time I've used the Genuine Replacement Part's website. They are fantastic. I've recently received (only 5 days to receive parts) parts for my clothes dryer. Within 30 minutes, my cousin had the parts installed and I was able to do my laundry. The first time I used them was for a vegetable pan with glass shelf for my refrigerator. Both orders came in promptly and as ordered! In fact, the vegetable pan's arrival was delayed by UPS for two days and GRP contacted me immediately to let me know that it was going to be delayed. I can't get that kind of service from local companies!
The key to a successful experience is to have your make and model numbers handy while ordering and double checking the order before finalizing. I take my time and it's been right each time, completely on point!

I looked up the part number on 3 different web sites. When all three numbers matched I was sure I had the part number I needed.
Genuine Replacement Parts had the best price, they accepted PayPal and the part arrived 4 days later USPS. Part matched the old one perfectly. 45 minutes later my dishwasher was back together and working perfectly. I am 100% satisfied and I would gladly use them again.
The part arrived broken because there wasn't enough padding in the box. The part was able to bounce around inside and broke off chunks of plastic and bent the electrical connectors. Instead of immediately sending a replacement, they made me go through their claims process. Now it looks like the part is out of stock and who knows when I'll get the replacement.

Everything was fine and worked for the need, just a bit pricey with the shipping costs. Price of doing online business is pushed into the consumer. If you can get elsewhere for free shipping, do it.
Horrible service! As a result of their inaccurate website description, I ordered the wrong part. While I was willing to accept some responsibility, GRP wasn't willing to accept any and absolutely refused to compromise or help in any way. Nevermind the fact that I now do not have an oven to cook Thanksgiving dinner!
I ordered refrigerator shelve glass 27.5 x 15 inches. They delivered 30 x15 in. They require documents including serial number, MN etc to resolve the issue. I cant understand if they advertise the measurement and not deliver the exact item.
Needed a new front control panel for my refrigerator that had the buttons to select ice and water.
Found Genuine Replacement Parts pricing was very competitive for the part I needed. It came on the day promised. Box was beat up by FedEx, but there was adequate packing and no damage.
Part was OEM and fit correctly. Functions correctly now and minimum work to install the pane.
The Customer Support Team is responsive and professional! When I contacted them that the order I had placed was lost, they immediately responded and sent the replacement item to me. It arrived within a couple days. I am very pleased
I trusted GRP when I was searching for a replacement for my Maytag ice maker that was dripping water. It looks like they got it right; it fit perfectly and seems to be working fine. It was unclear exactly when I would receive the part. It says 3 day shipping, but it took about a week to process. Got it in about a week and a half. Still not bad.
So I purchased tonight on their website and let me tell you this the most ridiculous experience. I order to part from them for my fridge they have no photos no assistance so better hope you know EXACTLY what you need. I ordered my part they canceled it due to "fraud". So I reordered it and when it arrives they send me the wrong part. I contacted customer service and they said by the time I get my return with all their fees it's going to cost me 2/3 of the price I pay. That I would be better off selling it on ebay! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER come back to this site. Worthless.
Order a part for my stove. Their website stated it would be delivered on a Friday which was quicker then anyone else, and for that reason I purchased their product. The package was not received till the following Monday. To add to that they sent me the wrong part number. I emailed them and started following the process to get correct parts. They have not emailed me or told me what is going on. Do not order from this company. Waste of time and horrible service.
According to GRP, "They have redesigned this part, so it does look different, but it is correct according to Electrolux."
It is not correct per my appliance and they will not accept a return/refund because, "it looks like this item is not eligible for a return since we do not process returns under $30.00."
WTF!
That means they can always ship to you the wrong part when its under $30 and you can't do anything about it. You will be out $30, and they just made a profit!
I ordered my product on a Sunday and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. The company emailed me right away to let me know there was a slight delay, and I received my product on Wednesday. Even though shipping was a bit delayed, it didn't bother me much because I had the information. Just a wonderful element of customer service that you don't see much anymore. I will purchase from GRP in the future!
I purchased a bin and frame for my KitchenAid refrigerator. The parts arrived very quickly but they did not fit. The customer support spokesperson claimed that they had shipped the part I ordered, However, they still advertise those parts as the "genuine parts" for my refrigerator's model number. I did open the boxes to check the fit of the parts but pack them back in the same boxes and packing materials that I received them. READ THE FINE PRINT, if you open the package they may charge you a restocking fee. You have to pay for the return shipping fees which amounted to ~35% of the value of the wrong parts. I paid $161.65 and was refunded $142.78. Which meant they did not reimburse the taxes or the shipping I paid. I had to call several times to get ~50% of my money back This is one of the worst companies I ever deal with. Their costumer support sucks. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered a part for my refrigerator. I ordered from Genuine Replacement parts because they stated a 2 day shipping time. It ended up being 4 days as instead of shipping with Fedex or UPS as their website clearly stated they shipped regular USPS. I felt they misrepresented their shipping time for a part I needed desperately. The customer service rep I spoke to was no help. Saying they had now way to provide expedited shipping so their order confirmation from my web order was clearly a lie. Beware using this company if timing is critical.
