Genuine Replacement Parts

The factory part has a lip around the edge which prevents use of a large pan. The original, 15 years old, did not have the lip. Bad factory design; not the supplier's fault.

My bad didn't realize couldn't do the try and return! So my problem wasn't solved but I'm not springing for the more expensive part and decided to get new range

The ordering was easy, but the first part shipped was the wrong one even though the correct part was ordered. They did fix the problem quickly however, and so I am overall satisfied

To find this item but this turned out not to be the case.

The part did not fit my washer, but it was probably my fault. Samsung makes it hard to match parts to appliances...Otherwise, my experience was great. Quick and to the point.

Only place where I felt confident I was getting the right OEM part, though I was concerned I would have difficulty returning the product if it was not correct. It turned out this WAS the correct part, unlike the one I ordered originally off of Amazon.

Easy... were just not sure where the filter is located on this model *******8702 and hope the filter comes with instructions on where it find it and how to replace it.

20 minutes on the phone and nobody picked up so I hung up. I had a simple question and decided to place the order and hope for the best. I prefer to speak to a person for expediency.

Shipping was very fast. Price for the item was the best I could find. The item (a refrigerator drawer) is somewhat overpriced everywhere that I looked.

So far, so good! I had a guy come to replace this part in my oven, and it was the wrong part.the part I got was for the broiler, not the oven...my fault, I just ordered the wrong part

Ordering was easy and shipping was fast. Part was exact fit and now my unit runs as if brand new.

The gaskets didn't not fit the Sub-Zero unit and would not seal causing excessive condensation. Have ordered replacement gaskets from the factory and will discard these.

Not positive it is the correct part, since there is more than one door shelf on the model. It turned out to be the correct shelf, which is slightly wider than the other two on the door.

Ordering the part was OK, but the part itself was a problem. The timer was too hard to turn. After 3 uses, the knob of my dryer had shaved the stem down to where it would no longer turn.

I was surprised how long it took to get my part. It was easy to order part and I was able to install the part that night when it arrived but it was a long week and half with out a dryer.

I thought it was still a little bit expensive for the parts but still less expensive than every other place I tried they seem to be the exact same replacements and the exact same quality

If it was shipped in firm packaging, I would have not gotten a bent element but it works so far. If it was not for poor packaging, I would have given 4 or more stars
