The process of finding the item, buying it and receiving it was so easy, I loved it! Then the ease of actually putting the item on my washing machine was even easier!

The info page for one of the items I ordered had the wrong picture. The description listed the correct part number from the parts diagram but the picture was incorrect.
So far so good lets see when the part comes. The parts arrived on time and in new condition. Installed the part and the washing machine was repaired and done. Good job.
When I received my crisper, part of the top of the crisper was cracked off with the edge left sharp. I don't know how that was not noticed when it was packed.
It was pretty easy to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the part did not work so I contacted so i contacted support and initiating a return was easy.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong item. My rating is subject to response from customer support which I contacted (no response yet) to return the item.
I had to use a piece of folded aluminum foil under the left leg to keep the left side of the element from touching the bottom of the oven. This is not ideal
The part are all plastic and will do the same thing and crack at the connections, these should be all metal and or connections should be wrapped a metal band to keep from cracking.
Fine except the description does not tell what is included. Eg. Inner mounting pieces
The mounting parts are not included which makes the part useless
THE PART I RECEIVED I FEEL HAD BEEN RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS MISSING THE HANDLE. I BELIEVE THE PART WAS PLACED BACK IN STOCK AT YOUR WAREHOUSE. THAT PART WAS SENT TO ME. IT WAS NOT IN A FACTORY PACKAGE.
The part I needed was $** or $** below the prices I was seeing on other sites. It's also expected to arrive sooner than other sites - a very important thing to me. Thank you!
