The part wasn't the one to fix the oven but that wasn't your fault. I thought shipping was way too expensive for the part.could have been sent in a padded envelope.

The selling point for me was the ease of use of the site and the fact that you took PayPal. I left a competitor site that was a few dollars less due to the fact that they did not take PayPal.

I wish I reviewed your return policy prior to ordering. Turns out the part didn't resolve my problem. Your policy makes it not cost effective to return.

Site was easy to navigate, easy to order, price was OK. The part looked genuine, although is it functional it does make a wired whistling noise when operating the valve while water is being added.

I say that I'm satisfied with the parts, but have yet to actually fit them to my fridge. I have no reason to think that I will be anything less than satisfied.

The only item missing was the measurements of the glass shelf. After seeing the description again I understand. Measurements not needed just a bit of common sense.
