After searching other Website's for this item; I was very impressed when I entered the model number and the item name and it just popped up on the screen! I hope the item meets its/my expectations!

Parts available at good prices. The parts arrived so fast that they must have anticipated the order and sent them the day before they were ordered. I have never had an internet order arrive so fast!

I am not sure I bought the correct product since no dimensions were provided. I had to guess. Not a good way to decide on a needed product. Unfortunately not ever refrigerator has a model number.

I searched for my model number and they have the correct parts listed! Not for similar model. Nice!

I did not get the correct part. The wrong part was put in the box.
I ordered one piece for a stand up freezer, what I received was 2 of the same HALF, moon shapes of a freezer door seal.

The vent broke on our under counter microwave while our house was on the market. It was great to find a manufacturer part to replace the broken one with quick shipping

The two metal pieces that hold baking elements up were bent. Baking element gets too hot for the different temperatures. Things burn on the bottom for all temperatures.

So far fine, but the video is not the *******0100 machine. Luckily the element seems fine and its just the thermostat, because I'm still trying to figure out how the element is removed.

Bracket for pump was broken. It was not an issue because I used the existing bracket I already had. Service was excellent...I needed the part fast and you got it here overnight...Thank you!
