Genuine Replacement Parts

Everything was great. There was some delay in notification on when the order would be shipped. I believe that was due to the holiday time period in which my order was placed.

The part I purchased was a seal for a dryer door, there was no adhesive included with the part. So now have to purchase adhesive at local hardware store

I would appreciate more detailed photos of the item that I"m buying and the manufacturer model numbers and part numbers that these products replace. That would make it more helpful to shop with you.

CROSS-REFERENCE FROM WHIRLPOOL ORIGINAL PART TO OEM PART WAS EASILY ACCOMPLISHED
Wrong part was received. It had a wired tag on the part that was the correct part number, but was the incorrect part. I am currently dealing with customer service to get the situation corrected.
