My shopping experience so far has been great.The new part was a little different from the original part but I was able to get it to work.
Before ordering this part from GRP I contacted both the refrigerator manufacturer and another large appliance parts supplier. The manufacturer gave an estimated delivery date of the end of August. The other supplier estimated the end of July. GRP said the part was in stock and should be delivered within a week. It was delivered two days early. Brand new. Fit perfectly. Including shipping and tax, it cost $100 less than quote from both manufacturer and other supplier. Totally satisfied. I'll order again from GRP.
The fitting was not the same as what I wastryinh to replace but i managed to use the hose part and it worked in old fitting

The detailed diagram of the refrigerator helps, but its not clear. It would be great if you'll could add clear diagrams of the assembly. When i tried to zoom in to see the part id, i could not and i was always in a doubt, if i ordered the right part. But yes! It was the right part, delivery was on time and the part fit perfectly.
We had a very hard to find glass for our 20 year old Dacor oven. The thickest of our part frame was different than the original but our appliance repair man took the glass out of our part & put it in our frame. It worked out great & we have a spare glass! We were very fortunate to find our part at Genuine Replacement Parts! Great service & we highly recommend! Our part was delivered in a couple days as promised. Our appliance man will also we using your company. Thank you!

This gasket is shorter than the original one I removed. Since it's only rubber, I would have expected it to just be a couple of inches longer for the price. Also, there wasn't a dot in the center of the piece to help assist with the installation. Other suppliers paint a yellow or other bright dot at the midpoint of the gasket.
