Very Happy Customer

I needed to replace gaskets for both of the refrgerstor door on a refrigerator that came with the house I bought 2 years ago. I searched on the internet and this company not only had the exact part number for my model Whirlpool the price was $50 - 90 less per gasket priced by others on line. It arrived earlier than expected, packaged securely and easy to install myself. Now my food will be properly cooled and I will no longer waste energy, which is additional savings.

I'm not sure how this company got any good reviews at all. It's horrible. Orders come damaged. You can't get a refund. Multiple calls and emails with no response. Customer service hangs up on you. Run from this company.

Very Unhappy!

I ordered five items for two different appliances. Only an oven door part and touch-up paint was usable. Two Amana microwave filters on the invoice arrived as Whirlpool filters that were too small. A Whirlpool oven rack arrived bent. I've been trying to get replacements since 8/13/22, it is now 8/31/22, via multiple customer service reps through email, because the phone number and live chat says the call volume is too high and to contact the company through other means. The emails even stopped five days ago, so I'm not expecting to resolve my issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for parts!

Couldn't be happier

Prices are great, shipping is great, and parts were exactly as described. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs parts. I hope my stuff doesn't break, but if it does, I'll definitely buy from here again

I easily located my parts on the website. GRP promised a very speedy 2nd day delivery date and delivered with no expensive expedited shipping rates. Almost the same cost as shipping a priority envelope at the post office to receive a front glass for an oven door. And most of all, it fit perfectly!

Buyer beware
January 26, 2022

The replacement part they mailed to me wasn't exactly the same. They refused to exchange it for exact one I needed, even though they had it in stock. (Their website gave no indication that multiple parts could fit my model.) Dont use GRP! Check around first, their prices are considerably higher, and their customer service is awful.

Scamming thieves!
April 30, 2019

I ordered an oven glass and they sent me a cheap fridge drawer. Several emails back and forth and they kept asking questions about different numbers on the shipping box. I took pictures from all angles, but now they say its been too long to return the item. I'm out $150

I ordered the part that I need to quickly for my refrigerator. Their website stated I'll have it in 2 days now it's saying 5 days on UPS after I ordered. They are more expensive and don't offer guaranteed shipping or free shipping like some other sites.

We decided to use Genuine Replacement Parts to order new upper and lower racks for our Maytag dishwasher. We looked at reviews which were mostly positive. Their website is easy to navigate with clear pictures of the replacement parts. Their prices were the best that we could find doing an internet search.
We were shipped the wrong racks. We contacted the company via email after having no luck connecting on the phone. They do recommend using emails to resolve problems. It took about two days for a customer service representative to answer our email, however, once they did they were most attentive and our issues resolved completely. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this company!

Great service and support
November 19, 2020

Ordered my replacement part for my GE dishwasher and received it only a day late due to weather. Had contacted GRP to inquire some details and they were super helpful on the phone and followed up with email.

I ordered a $200 dish rack in May and when it arrived it did not have wheels. I sent it back per the instructions and company could not locate package. I called over 6 times and have sent emails as well. I requested for a manager to call me back several times and now it's almost November and no refund has been issued nor has management returned my call. My last interaction was with Toni and I explained my frustrations and she said " what do you think I can do if I'm on the phone with you and "you are tying up my phone line." She then closed my claim and emailed me saying nothing can be done. Still haven't heard from management. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone!

Check your pricing on other sites. The Repair Clinic just saved me $20 over the price of an order
I had placed. GRP wanted to know why I needed the product sent to another address other than my billing address. How many times have you ever had someone question your intentions when placing an order, especially when you paid for the items? Nosey? Find better customer service with anyone else. Not Cody.

I ordered a fridge ice maker replacement part on Saturday 1/7/17. On 1/9/17 they canceled my order and told me that it was out of stock but they "got more in today". Annoyed, I went to re-place my order and noticed that the price had doubled.

I feel like they are price gouging customers and by all means stay away from this company if you can.

Excellent service!

GE washer control board went dead and the only supplier that was able to get me one was GRP. They went above and beyond when their normal warehouse was out of stock, placing the order with an alternate source, communicating with me at every step of the way. Part arrived at the originally promised time - and just in time for laundry day. Thank you GRP for the excellent service and follow through – something I believe is getting more rare the last couple years!

Terrible customer service. This place is a scam when it comes to return policies. Beware, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (including their original shipping and your return shipping), restocking fees etc. etc. You actually may end up losing more money by returning the item, which they can actually re-sell for the same price, as opposed to just keeping it. They don't care about the customer service. It is not one of their priorities. Company's pricing is reasonable so I would definitely return to them in the future but they are not interested in working with me and keeping me as their customer. A rip off! Stay away.

My mother board

I'm so glad to find a new replacement Mother Board. Site had one in stock. Not a bad Price$. At my home in@ a week. So sad that Whirlpool knows they have issues with original part. Only reason they offer $100.00 towards new appliance
