Basically took my money and never sent the item. Made numerous phone calls, and lies, lies, lies. Still no item. In the process of filing numerous criminal complaints. Stay away from these people. It's a south of the border Scam Machine right here in Arizona.

The site works well. Recieved no customer support after sale. E-mailed simple questions and got NO REPLY. Would not use again due to lack of customer support. Product was good just no answers to questions.

BAD PEOPLE
April 13, 2010

BAD PEOPLE. When they finally answered the phone, they ran my card 5 times for one item. It overdrew my account for several days and they refused to respond.
When they finally responded at 10pm five days later, they still refused to address the $228 in extra charges plus overdrafts.

Read the returns policy before you buy anything. I received the wrong part and emailed for a return authorization and the reply its unfortunate that you ordered the wrong part ( they sent the wrong one) and you can return it using any method you want at your own expense which is subject to inspection and a 20 percent restocking free and they will issue you a refund after they deduct the cost of shipping the wrong item to you the restocking fee and you better hurry because you have 7 days from when you received it get it back to Gardena Ca. Its one of those policys that make it impossible for you to return something without it costing you money or the fees will eat up what would have been refunded and you still have nothing. Not even the wrong part they sent you. Expidited shipping will be the only way you can get it back before the 7 days and in my case would have cost over $200 ups ground on a 74 partl

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They sent me thee wrong item and from that point on it has been completely ridiculous. They told me that if I purchased the correct item from them a full refund would be applied to my account when they received the old one. This did NOT happen. I spoke with 4 separate people in their customer service department, the first one says she just filed the paper work and give it 1-2 business days to process my credit. I didn't get it in 1-2 business days so I called back and another guy told me it was processing. Called back AGAIN on a Saturday and the guy I spoke with told me it already was posted to my account (which it wasn't)he then transferred me to the manager Joanne, who told me that they would no longer be refunding me the money... She stated that it took to long to get back to them. REALLY? I was within the 7 business days that was required to send it back and their was an ice storm/ blizzard in my area. But some how that is MY fault and I am out close to 350.00 now on account of TERRIBLE customer service. Manager Joanne is the absolute worst manager I have ever met. She talks over and will not shut up and listen to what you have to say. All they care about is getting your money. They don't even care if they give you the wrong ITEM as long as they get your money that's all that matters.

Genesis Auto Parts. Com is nothing but a scam artist. NEVER order from this company. They will RIP YOU OFF I promise, almost no one speaks english when you get on the phone with them.

They make excuses for evertyhing, they sell crap stuff and I had a defective radiator go out which was 100% covered by manufactured warranty. They told me I could ship it back and then they would send me a new one, but I couldn't wait since it was costing me $50 a day to rent a car when vehicle
Was undriveable.

So like an idiot I bought the radiator for a second time and they said once we get your tracking number (YOU have to pay all the shipping of the part back at your
Expense) they will refund me my money. I sent them both my invoices and tracking number, now almost two freaking weeks later no refund.

Now there playing dumb and they got the part almost a week ago, I had to send it with tracking number so I now when it was delivered.

WORST AUTO PARTS COMPANY ON THE INTERNET!

I am in the process of charging back my credit card back, filing charges against them with there local BBB and there State's attorney's office.
