My daughter ordered a prom dress from GemGrace. It came quickly but, despite our using their size chart, was clearly a size too big. We purchased another right away and it got here quickly--giving us time to alter it before prom. Although it was difficult to find the info even after multiple emails we sent the first dress back for a refund. This was March. We just received our rejected, unopened first dress--so we now own a dress that is useless to us. I would not purchase from GemGrace again.

I ordered a custom made dress from Gem grace since they were the only company that had the style I wanted. They were super helpful and got all of my requests made! Very easy to communicate with and the representative Elia is very kind. The dress fits like a glove and its beautiful! It's not absolutely perfect but it's the closest you'll find for a reasonable price :) I would recommend, especially if you want a custom sizing/customation!

Oh man, I have never seen or owned a dress as gorgeous as this one in my life. I ordered it for prom and it came in perfectly on time and I just about cried when I opened the package because it was so beautiful. It made me feel like a forest fairy princess! On top of that, the construction was amazing - the corset boning worked very well and the butterflies and beading looked stunning. Throughout the night I was getting compliments from people I didn't even know and EVERYONE wanted to know where I got it. Thank you Gemgrace!

I purchased a made-to-order dress from Gem Grace for my daughter to wear to her senior prom. The dress was gorgeous and fit her like a glove! The communication and customer service with Gem Grace was first class and the price was better than anything that I could find locally plus I wasn't paying for alterations! I was kept aware of my order and emails were replied within 24 hours. I highly recommend Gem Grace and will be a returning customer!

I ordered this dress for my daughter to be a flower girl and the customer service was out of this world! Once the dress arrived which was even sooner than I could imagine, I put it on my daughter and she looked like a real life princess! I can not wait until the wedding to see her wear it all day!

They did not send me the correct measurements at all! Then just told me to get it hemmed somewhere here in America. As long as they get their money from you and ship out, they don't care what they send you. Ladies you're better buying local or domestically. The other bad reviews about this place are NOT lying. Please seriously shop at your own risk. You will more than likely be over-charged for 1/2 the quality if not less.

The dress fit perfectly and looked absolutely stunning! The details were more intricate than any of the other dresses I looked at in my local dress shops. I'm also really glad I sent my measurements in beforehand, the customer service was wonderful and they gave me good advice regarding which size to purchase. I felt like a princess all night and thoroughly enjoyed twirling my way into the night.

This is my second time buying from gemgrace. I loved the entire experience shopping with them. The dresses where so lovely and my nieces who will be my flower girls in my upcoming wedding all love their flower girls dresses. They feel like princesses in them and that was all I wanted for them. The customer service was excellent too. Elia was very prompt in replying all my queries. If you follow their size chart and match it to the measurements you have it always works out and even when it doesn't match you can provide them with your kid's measurement for a custom-made one and they'll still deliver an excellent job but of course you have to pay extra for the custom-made. I did that with one of the dresses I ordered so I can attest to that. I can only speak for the kids clothes for now as that is all i've bought from them but I'm considering buying an adult outfit soon.
I must add that the delivery is also pretty fast. I look forward to having my babies walk down the aisle with me in their princess dresses

My daughter has always wanted a "Cinderella" type ball gown for her prom. We found the perfect one on this site. It actually fit her perfectly without any alterations to the bodice. It is true to size. We only had to alter the hem, as she is on the short side. We are very pleased and the dress came well before the promised deadline.

The dress that arrived didn't look anything like the dress that came up online. I sent my note back telling them how unhappy I was and all I got was sorry photos don't alway match. I did a search and found out later they only have 66% with BBB. Lesson Learned.
Hello Sue, so sorry that you don't like the dress. The dress was made to your measurements, and the model pictures are in US 8 standard size. So they look different in paticular ways. You know that most of our dresses are custom-made, which makes a fact that even the same dress may vary slightly. They’re not made by machines, thus there may be a little differences with a number of details, such as the lace (lace shape) used, the number of folds/ruffles, embroidery shape (our workers do the embroidery needle by needle/thread by thread), the beading used, etc. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
A HUGE "thank you" to Ella & the shipping company for re-delivering my wedding dress after the local post office goofed up by returning my dress because my post office box number wasn't on the shipping label! Shame on them! But, I now have my wedding dress, and I love it! Although the sleeves are tight, the rest of the dress is absolutely perfect! Thanks again, Ella, for all your help!

I bought a dress from GemGrace and initially I was really skeptical, so many beautiful dresses that didn't break the bank seemed impossible. But in the end I went for it and not only was the dress just as described but it was STUNNING and so well made, it also arrived sooner than expected, I am beyond pleased! My only constructive criticism would be that on the website, the listing price on the listing page was higher then of you clicked on the item, and of does charge you the higher price (the price difference for the dress I went for was about £25), so that does need some work on the website.

Be aware that they only offer partial refunds (on items that are not broken etc) , always check they're refund policy first.

From my 1st email enquiring about a dress I'd seen on the gemgrace.com website I was given confidence by the fantastic customer service who answered every question and advised on changes I wanted. Communication was fantastic even during the time of Covid 19.
My dress has arrived with absolutely every detail I wanted on it and at no extra charge. I could have spent so much more more money on a off the rack dress for my special day but instead I have a bespoke wedding gown of fantastic quality for LESS than £200.
I can't rate Gemgrace highly enough and Recommend to every Bride to bed 5*****.

I bought a pink tulle fairytale dress with lots of appliqué and it is exactly as advertised! The waiting period was not long at all, and it was very carefully wrapped. It fit perfectly, and even came with a coupon and earrings! It is extremely comfortable and easy to move in. I was scared that the website might be a scam or something, but I was very wrong! This dress is perfect for prom, and I'm so glad it came in So quickly! Also the website emailed me with a tracking number and helpful updates with my dress, thank you so much Elia!

I am absolutely amazed by this store and its customer support! The customer service is quick, reliable, helpful. I wanted to order the smallest size of the dress because i thought if they tailor it according to my measures, it will take only much longer. But customer support agent advised me that they tailor the product anyway specially for each client so i should give the measures and they will make the dress quickly enough so that i receive it on time for my wedding. It was that way. I received it enough time before that day, my family, frends and my fiance were amazed how it fits me. I loved it! And the quality is awesome! All in all i am really absolutely happy about shopping on Gemgrace and can only recommend it!

The dress I purchased was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The quality was even better than pictured. The size 6 runs on the smaller side but the bride lost weight so it did not make a difference. Notwithstanding the quality of the dress, I have to say that Elia, the representative I dealt with, was the most professional, helpful, accommodating, courteous, outstanding customer's service representative I have ever dealt with. She went out of her way in more ways than I could have expected to ensure that the order was correct and that it was shipped in a timely fashion. Items run small for the US market and are based on smaller frames. The dresses are beautiful and made to order so it is best to take the time to measure your self and send rather than choosing your normal US size.

I was very nervous about ordering my wedding dress online, but Gem Grace really came through. I ordered a sort of combination of two dresses which made me extra nervous, but it looks almost exactly as promised and the materials are good. The measurements were pretty spot-on, though maybe just a little awkward around the shoulders (which could be my fault for measuring wrong tbh) More people ought to know about Gem Grace. One thing I still think about is hoping that they source ethically and that their workers get paid enough, which I cannot confirm. If anyone knows, let me know.
