My daughter ordered a prom dress from GemGrace. It came quickly but, despite our using their size chart, was clearly a size too big. We purchased another right away and it got here quickly--giving us time to alter it before prom. Although it was difficult to find the info even after multiple emails we sent the first dress back for a refund. This was March. We just received our rejected, unopened first dress--so we now own a dress that is useless to us. I would not purchase from GemGrace again.

I ordered this dress for my daughter to be a flower girl and the customer service was out of this world! Once the dress arrived which was even sooner than I could imagine, I put it on my daughter and she looked like a real life princess! I can not wait until the wedding to see her wear it all day!

I wasn't quite sure what i was looking for in a prom dress so i did some scrolling through Pinterest and found this beautiful green dress. I instantly fell in love with it. I wasn't sure if ordering my dress online would be the best idea though. I did some more digging online and found multiple post of the same exact dress (background and all). I was very skeptical at this point, i seriously thought i was gonna get scammed if i ordered online. But i clicked on GemGrace and researched their website a little bit to make sure it was legit. They stated that they were a locally owned business in China and made everything by hand. They seemed real considered that they had a satisfaction guarantee and money back. I decided to take the risk and ordered the dress. Right away i got an email from a lovely lady named Elia. She made sure i gave them my occasion date and updated me on the order. The customer service was excellent and made me feel safe about getting my dress. After that it was just a waiting game. I was able to track my package but because i ordered through a guest account i wasn't able to figure out exactly where it was overseas. I was only able to see when the dress was shipped out. The dress came right on time, i was worried it might come late but it was perfect. AND OMG IS IT GORGEOUS! I didn't think i could love the dress anymore but apparently i can! I decided to order a size small because my measurements were only a few centimeters off. It fits perfect! I cannot wait to wear this dress to prom. I literally feel like a Disney princess<3

Oh man, I have never seen or owned a dress as gorgeous as this one in my life. I ordered it for prom and it came in perfectly on time and I just about cried when I opened the package because it was so beautiful. It made me feel like a forest fairy princess! On top of that, the construction was amazing - the corset boning worked very well and the butterflies and beading looked stunning. Throughout the night I was getting compliments from people I didn't even know and EVERYONE wanted to know where I got it. Thank you Gemgrace!

I bought a dress from GemGrace and initially I was really skeptical, so many beautiful dresses that didn't break the bank seemed impossible. But in the end I went for it and not only was the dress just as described but it was STUNNING and so well made, it also arrived sooner than expected, I am beyond pleased! My only constructive criticism would be that on the website, the listing price on the listing page was higher then of you clicked on the item, and of does charge you the higher price (the price difference for the dress I went for was about £25), so that does need some work on the website.

The dress I purchased was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The quality was even better than pictured. The size 6 runs on the smaller side but the bride lost weight so it did not make a difference. Notwithstanding the quality of the dress, I have to say that Elia, the representative I dealt with, was the most professional, helpful, accommodating, courteous, outstanding customer's service representative I have ever dealt with. She went out of her way in more ways than I could have expected to ensure that the order was correct and that it was shipped in a timely fashion. They did not send me the correct measurements at all! Then just told me to get it hemmed somewhere here in America. As long as they get their money from you and ship out, they don't care what they send you. Ladies you're better buying local or domestically. The other bad reviews about this place are NOT lying. Please seriously shop at your own risk. You will more than likely be over-charged for 1/2 the quality if not less.
I ordered one of the most expensive dresses on thier list. I sent custom measurements. They sent me a dress too big! When i asked about it they showed me a picture of it on a size 8 maniquin but I am not a size 8. My chest is 2 inches smaller then a size 8. Now I have a dress I cant wear and cant afford to get fixed here in USA. They told me I can send it back to them and they will fix it but they are in China and shipping would kill me. If they would have just sewn the dress to MY measurements. I took pictures showing thier measurements were bigger then the ones i sent them. I am so sad and didnt feel like they aplogized or anything. Now, I dont have enough money to buy another dress. I shouldnt have bought a dress online. Silly me. So, only use this company if you are a PERFECT size and dont need it sized smaller.

As you had placed the order of a US-08 dress that's why we will show you a picture of the model wearing the dress. Sometimes, measurements measured by yourself might not be correct, especially for styles with sleeves or bodycon silhouette. I ordered a custom made dress from Gem grace since they were the only company that had the style I wanted. They were super helpful and got all of my requests made! Very easy to communicate with and the representative Elia is very kind. The dress fits like a glove and its beautiful! It's not absolutely perfect but it's the closest you'll find for a reasonable price :) I would recommend, especially if you want a custom sizing/customation!

I bought a pink tulle fairytale dress with lots of appliqué and it is exactly as advertised! The waiting period was not long at all, and it was very carefully wrapped. It fit perfectly, and even came with a coupon and earrings! It is extremely comfortable and easy to move in. I was scared that the website might be a scam or something, but I was very wrong! I was very nervous about ordering my wedding dress online, but Gem Grace really came through. I ordered a sort of combination of two dresses which made me extra nervous, but it looks almost exactly as promised and the materials are good. The measurements were pretty spot-on, though maybe just a little awkward around the shoulders (which could be my fault for measuring wrong tbh) More people ought to know about Gem Grace. One thing I still think about is hoping that they source ethically and that their workers get paid enough, which I cannot confirm. If anyone knows, let me know.
