The Customer Service was so wonderful, I was notified via email at every stage of my order, they sent me pictures of the dress and it came in time and fit perfectly! I ordered a dress that I liked but it was short and I wanted it long. Also wanted it to have an empire waistline which it did not. I sent in my measurements and hoped for the best. When the dress arrived I was so happy. The quality was great and it fit me perfectly. I couldn't be happier. The communication during the whole process was excellent. Elia was wonderful. The dress that arrived didn't look anything like the dress that came up online. I sent my note back telling them how unhappy I was and all I got was sorry photos don't alway match. I did a search and found out later they only have 66% with BBB. Lesson Learned.
Hello Sue, so sorry that you don't like the dress. The dress was made to your measurements, and the model pictures are in US 8 standard size. So they look different in paticular ways. You know that most of our dresses are custom-made, which makes a fact that even the same dress may vary slightly. They’re not made by machines, thus there may be a little differences with a number of details, such as the lace (lace shape) used, the number of folds/ruffles, embroidery shape (our workers do the embroidery needle by needle/thread by thread), the beading used, etc. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
I never expected my dress to be so absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The delicate jeweled lace, satin midriff and full skirt are just beautiful! My mom was a seamstress and I recognize how beautifully sewn this dress is. And made just for my measurements. I would recommend GemGrace to everyone

I order my dress and two days later I received an email from Elia asking me everything she needed to know about how I wanted the dress. Delivery was done before I expected, and after I received the dress, I got contacted again to find out if it was what I expected. In reality I love the dress it fits perfect, the material, detail, everything just how I wanted it. The customer service was excellent. I will recommend it to anyone.

I am so PO'd right now and feel the definite need to warn others of this scamming site. So I ordered a dress right? A $135 dress, not including shipping, for my prom. I was so excited. I was telling everyone about this website. I was in love with the picture of the dress online. And one day it finally came. I opened it in the living room, as my whole family watched with anticipation, and then, after 3 layers of packaging, I see the dress. It. Was. AWFUL. This dress had been advertised as made with a tulle material (I'll post the link at the bottom of this review), and when I opened it, I see this awful mesh material. I was holding back tears at this point, and didn't understand. I ran out of the room and went to try it on, and the dress made me look like a literal pool toy. It was so disappointing. And even though I got it "custom fit", it did not fit in the sides at all. I did read that the custom fit would be one inch either way, but this dress had a couple inches too big around my waist. I was crying at this point, staying away from my family so that they wouldn't see the disappointment, the frustration, the embarrassment that I was feeling in that moment from trusting this website. I checked the website and saw that because this dress was "custom fit", I wasn't able to return it. So there goes $135, not including shipping, down the toilet. So at this point, I get changed back into my normal clothing, drive home (I was at my great grandmothers house), and sit and cry on my bed for a while, because this dress was so awful that I couldn't deal. With prom being less than a month away, I'm not even sure that I can go at this point. I don't have hardly any money left to spend on a dress, and all thanks to this website purposely ripping me off. I just need to warn people that this website WILL take your money, and NOT give you what you ordered. It is untrustworthy and should be removed from the on looking, innocent views of everyone. Please, save yourself the money and heart-ache, and just don't do it.

As the return policy, yes, we do not accept returns for any custom-made products[Just like most other stores]. We will made custom dress according to the measurements provided by our customers, and each dress is unique. But we do accept returns for instock items.
