This dress was so much prettier than I expected it to be and the sizing was done perfectly! It was absolutely worth it! Just beautiful!
I am absolutely amazed by this store and its customer support! The customer service is quick, reliable, helpful. I wanted to order the smallest size of the dress because i thought if they tailor it according to my measures, it will take only much longer. But customer support agent advised me that they tailor the product anyway specially for each client so i should give the measures and they will make the dress quickly enough so that i receive it on time for my wedding. It was that way. I received it enough time before that day, my family, frends and my fiance were amazed how it fits me. I loved it! And the quality is awesome! All in all i am really absolutely happy about shopping on Gemgrace and can only recommend it!

A HUGE "thank you" to Ella & the shipping company for re-delivering my wedding dress after the local post office goofed up by returning my dress because my post office box number wasn't on the shipping label! The dress was more beautiful than in the picture. The color is soft baby pink, just fitting for my 1.5year old granddaughter. It came with 2 big ribbon sashes and a headband. The material is soft and velvety feel, and the dress is well made and sewed. The dress length is just right. I cannot say enough words for this dress.

My daughter has always wanted a "Cinderella" type ball gown for her prom. We found the perfect one on this site. It actually fit her perfectly without any alterations to the bodice. It is true to size. We only had to alter the hem, as she is on the short side. We are very pleased and the dress came well before the promised deadline.

I am so happy with my dress. The color is beautiful. The fit is great. I asked the company to change the design of the dress in which they did. I only had minor alterations to the dress probably because of the changes I asked them to make.
I had ordered a dress for my daughter from another company that cost more than my my dress. The fit was horrible! The material was itchy AND it was supposed to be a custom dress like mine. I had to spend almost another $100 to have it taken in so she could wear it.
Gem Grace's was far superior to the other dressmaker. No comparison!

This is my second time buying from gemgrace. I loved the entire experience shopping with them. The dresses where so lovely and my nieces who will be my flower girls in my upcoming wedding all love their flower girls dresses. They feel like princesses in them and that was all I wanted for them. The customer service was excellent too. Elia was very prompt in replying all my queries. If you follow their size chart and match it to the measurements you have it always works out and even when it doesn't match you can provide them with your kid's measurement for a custom-made one and they'll still deliver an excellent job but of course you have to pay extra for the custom-made. I did that with one of the dresses I ordered so I can attest to that. I can only speak for the kids clothes for now as that is all i've bought from them but I'm considering buying an adult outfit soon.
I must add that the delivery is also pretty fast. I look forward to having my babies walk down the aisle with me in their princess dresses

The dress fit perfectly and looked absolutely stunning! The details were more intricate than any of the other dresses I looked at in my local dress shops. I'm also really glad I sent my measurements in beforehand, the customer service was wonderful and they gave me good advice regarding which size to purchase.
