Geek.com just showed up on my screen one day and from then till now I order a lot and even though I found out that I am dealing with China I must say that they have what I want and the price is right. I have purchased air horns, red dot for my long gun, headsets, cables, memory cards and so much more. You have just got to try this site there must be something you can find on there. You may have to wait a little longer because the items come from China it is free s/h, it's worth it. Try it, I know you will like it.
I am not a bot, I do not have any affiliation with Geek. To date I have purchased around 25 items. That's 25 times over a year that they could have screwed up. I have never had an item not come in at the time quoted or at a different price. You do need to read the item description. I will continue to use them. BTW they always send me Emails updating the progress of my order and the shipment and ask if I received the item in an Email after I received it. Just seems like good business sense and shows they do care. Feeling a little guilty about buying overseas, but when the US starts selling at these prices, I will buy!
I have shopped at this site on and off and most of the time do not receive anything then spend two weeks at least emailing back and forth for a refund they give the refund but then again it takes them 5 days to put the money back into your account their answers are is that this shipping issues because it comes from overseas customers usually wait 5 to 6 weeks for their items and 80% of the time they don't show up people turn around and expect companies can be trusted with your money but this is one company that cannot be trusted these business practices are unfair to a customer we are supposed to be able to trust it business or company when we purchase something online geek and their sister company wish cannot be trusted please please save yourself the aggravation and frustration stay away from these two sites
I ordered many items on this site and many have not arrived yet. Also I got an item that does not fit the picture that they have advertised. There is no customer service. You get an automated email system that has pre written lines that you have to select in order to explain your issue however you can not tell tem what is your issue. Their telephone number that they provide is a stupid answering machine that pretty much sends you to hell. Do not purchase from them. The prices are cheap but you will not get what you have ordered anyhow.
I ordered an item last May and still have not received the product. Their tracking message on the "where's my package" link stated it was still enroute, however, when I asked them about this item, they stated that it was delivered late May. I do not recommend this shopping site due to its lack of reliability.
I will never order here again it's June I been waiting on my orders since April and on top of that your website lie about the date I supposed to receive my packages.the dates on my packages been changed too many times. That's why I took my business to Amazon they have 100 percent customer service and they do lie to customers they packages always arrive on time and Geek have 10percent customer service. So thumbs down
They have a very horrible return policy. They want you to send 3 pictures of the item and none of the choices they offered applied to my situation. The bathroom organizer I bought is just impossible to assemble and there are no clear instructions on how to assemble the product. I spent almost two hours trying my best and I just can't make it work. This explanation is nowhere in the options available why you want to return the product and yet I complied - sending pictures and brief explanation yet the e-mail response I got is exactly the same - asking for pictures and explanation - before they send a return label so you can send it back. I think they're just stalling so you don't return anymore. I say stick with Amazon.com - price is just about the same.

Ok so I've been using geek.com for several years. It's a cheap product place. A lot of stuff is knock of items, but there are some actually really well made items. Most things are smaller than expected and expect to wait awhile for your items usually. I can say that I've purchased everything from camping stuff to fitness to clothing to just weird things that you might impulsive buy. All sizes are super small so make sure you actually look and convert sizes from metric to imperial if you live in U.S.A. Most quality is also usually subpar compared to Amazon or EBay. For clothing not bad so far but absolutely look at the size comparison if available. I purchased a massage gun for I think $30 including shipping works well especially deep tissue after a good workout but had to re-glue the back piece that adjust the speeds. Camping gear I wish I'd just got most of it in an actual camping store. The pots and pans looked like a child's toy for size, roll up mattress pad would not inflate the when it did popped as soon as I laid down on it again made for small Asian or child. Purchased a metal trekking stick with lots of attachments in it very well made only cost me $2 for shipping. I purchased outside solar motion lights again only a few dollars for shipping as the site they were free. Anyway you get something's very well made and some just cheap on this site but for price can't beat it.
From April, delivery date changed and no contact, four products ordered in April and none arrived. Items bought from China on eBay are delivered in a maximum of a month. Scammers
I have just tried to contact customer support to be told, I cannot contact customer support due to excessive refunds?
The only time they have refund me is when they have not delivered an ordered item and they are blaming me for their non delivery! I ordered an item that they said was stocked in the USA so there would be no problem with delivery!.
Wrong! I ordered and it had a delivery date of 8/11/20! It is now 8/20/20 no sign of item tracking shows the item in Chino CA since 8/10/20. Chino CA is 60 miles from my apartment in Santa Monica? They have used COVID19 as an excuse for non delivery. They have used US Customs delays as an excuse, but this item was supposed to be in stock in USA! I have had mixed results as to quality of their items but am coming to the point that the hassle they give you is not worth the money. Bought Seiko watches and they were fake! This is the epitome of "You get what you pay for " but in this case I didn't even get that! Customer Service has a link to " How do I get back in Good Favor"? Basically it says, ordered more and if we don't deliver don't complain! F' that! I have ordered from bothGeek & Wish (same company) for years it has only got really bad over the last 6-9 months. Now it is not worth the trouble!
Being run by wish.com both are corporate ripoff hiding in China and they claim they have no phone so they don't have to talk to no customers I need a refund and their refund policy doesn't allow me to get that they say they have no phone well guess what even homeless have bones but yet multimillion-dollar Chinese company hiding like little cowards don't have a phone would not shop there if you don't fall into the six categories you get to choose from to get a refund you're not getting one and you can't call them they don't have a phone apparently shop American they're hiding in China like little scared cowards. However if they are inefficient as they are and they make too many mistakes resulting in too many refunds - their guarantee is worth nothing. They block your access to report problems and say:
" Your account has been flagged for excessive refunds"... "We routinely audit accounts"... THEY BLOCK YOU..."Once your account is determined to be back in good standing, you will be able to contact customer support." GOOD STANDING - HOW DO YOU GET THAT I ASKED?... Dont by expensive items. They will never get to you and you will lose your money. Customer support is terrible.
Does not comply delivery commitment orders on time. Tracking system is no good and customer support sucks.
Answer: Automated system that is bad. If they fail to deliver to you they then deny you access to customer service. I used it for a couple of years and it has gone downhill.
