I have just tried to contact customer support to be told, I cannot contact customer support due to excessive refunds?
The only time they have refund me is when they have not delivered an ordered item and they are blaming me for their non delivery! I ordered an item that they said was stocked in the USA so there would be no problem with delivery!.
Wrong! I ordered and it had a delivery date of 8/11/20! It is now 8/20/20 no sign of item tracking shows the item in Chino CA since 8/10/20. Chino CA is 60 miles from my apartment in Santa Monica? They have used COVID19 as an excuse for non delivery. They have used US Customs delays as an excuse, but this item was supposed to be in stock in USA! I have had mixed results as to quality of their items but am coming to the point that the hassle they give you is not worth the money. Bought Seiko watches and they were fake! This is the epitome of "You get what you pay for " but in this case I didn't even get that! Customer Service has a link to " How do I get back in Good Favor"? Basically it says, ordered more and if we don't deliver don't complain! F' that! I have ordered from bothGeek & Wish (same company) for years it has only got really bad over the last 6-9 months. Now it is not worth the trouble!
