I purchased a mug from GearBubble and it arrived broken, so customer service shipped me a replacement, but it had someone else's name on it. When I asked for it to be replaced again, they said they do not replace the 2nd time and refunded me the money (even though the 2nd attempt was THEIR error). At that point, I couldn't find the mug online because they only have items or campaigns for a certain amount of time; I was lucky to get squeezed in the last day of the campaign after calling customer service, but without that call, I wouldn't have been able to replace my original purchase.
Today, about a year later, I received an email from *******@gearbubble asking for a favor: "We've had a bit of a smear campaign against us from some competitors online who are trying to make our reputation look bad on 3rd party websites with fake reviews. So, if you enjoyed your product could you do us a HUGE favor and leave us a REAL review right here: sitejabber/reviews/gearbubble." (Link to that website was included)

I don't know why they have such bad reviews. I personally used them for a gift for my fiance. I like the item, she liked the item too. I was given tracking details and was 'looked after' every step of the way. Would not hesitate to use again. Ignore the poor reviews - you'll be in safe hands.
