I'm updating this review. Gear Bumble corrected the problem and sent 2 new mugs. My long time friend will now get her present. Thank you Nicole. You have given me faith in this company.

This company repeatedly told me it was shipped and out of their hands... and blamed the shipping company. The shipping company says to contact the original company. All said and done, I'm screwed out of $43 and they won't take responsibility! I'm beyond mad! These were presents for my friend of 45 yrs dying of congestive heart failure! Shame on these guys!

I will never buy from them again, poor quality of stuff I want to return and they will not talk to me on phone or email, very poor service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
