DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

We ordered a necklace they had advertised on social media on Dec. 4th. We attempted to contacted them 4 times: three by email, with always an automated response. One phone call, only to get a voice mail stating they were not taking any messages. The emails always stated to check the tracking and if past 12 days to contact them. This makes me believe its a scam or a business that can't keep up and should just tell people their item won't get shipped until after Christmas. In further investigating the necklaces didn't have very good reviews either: poorly made. Now we have to make sure they didn't charge us for a product never delivered. More hassle than it's worth.

Scam or false advertising

Order pending for 20 days now. I would prefer that just say we are a scam and please do not order from us as we cannot help it. Below Taken from their own website.

How long will it take for my item to get delivered?
Depending on the level of customization in your gear will vary the time it takes to get to you. You will get your item within 7-12 business days of ordering. Most items however will ship much faster than that

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order for a Christmas present on December 14th because they said it would ship in a week. Well it's the 22nd and I still don't have the gift. I'm reporting them to Paypal and my bank first thing tomorrow.

They do not have an phone number from what I saw. I emailed. Told me they would get back to me as soon as possible. Waited almost two weeks no update. I never receive an email about my order and when I try to track with email it told it could not locate. They did deduct money from my bank. Still no product. Very disappointed as my daughter would have loved the cup.

I'm very Impressed

I left message with them to design the "Best friend mug" and they did just that. They sent me a chart with hair styles I picked the numbers I wanted. I told them what position I wanted the two of us out of the ones I seen on there site and had them swap the colour of shirts. And gave them the spelling of our names. They sent me the done copy on website link. I bought it. They told me how long it take to make it. Then told me when they would ship it. And it arrived on December 21st. Perfect timing for Christmas and exactly what I asked For. Thank you so much, I am very impressed with Your Company.

Scam
December 21, 2018

Ordered neckless for my granddaughter for christmas dec 4th and been saying pending and have emailed and all they ask for is rating. I call my back and they gave me there number and i am fixing to call and if nothing my back will handle it for me and get my money back. Now no christmas gift and i have only ssi to live on.so wrong of company to. Do. This.

Cute cup, wrong PICTURE

Hi. I ordered this mug that makes hot liquids reveal a poem from a mother to a daughter and you personalize the mug with a picture. Mine was a picture of myself and my daughter walking on the beach in Aruba with the sun setting in front of us. Imagine my surprise when I received the gift I got her for Christmas, 4 day before the holiday, with complete strangers instead of us. Very sad. Hoping they will rectify and send the correct mug before Christmas.

After reading the awful reviews on this company, I was definitely hesitant to buy from them. I did anyway and hoped for the best. I am soooo happy with my cat dad mug. The quality is great. The picture of my cat is really good quality. The shipping did take longer than expected but I did contact customer service and they were very helpful. The next day it was shipped and although I ordered on December 1st and just received my item, it is still here before Christmas so I have no complaints. I will definitely be buying more customized items from gear bubble in the future!

Well an order placed November 30th still has not arrived. Oh I received my shipping notification on December 7th... guess what we are now December 20th and still NO packages. Trying to track something is a waste of time as DHL can't provide anything, and when you look up the other tracking numbers you don't get any information as it seems they don't exist. I guess that what I ordered is also a figment of my imagination.

Horrible

I ordered a necklas on the 29th of November and still have not received it. I tried contacting the company multiple times with the same response just che k you track order here. I explained that nothing has changed and no one will give me any answers. I had to contact the BBB and am waiting on a response whatever you do do not order from this company

Placed order on 6th Dec, paid with card, informed that I'd receive a confirmation email that never arrived. Today I tracked my order and was astonished to read it was 'flagged as fraudulent'. Wrote to *******@gearbubble but so far have heard nothing. So disappointing, 4 children excited about giving this customised mug to their dad for Christmas.
Come on GearBubble get your act together and let me know when, if ever, I'll take receipt of this order.

I purchased a mug on the 10th as Christmas gift. I got an order confirmation, and awaited tracking information. Went on the site to check the order only to find out it was canceled because it was flagged as fraud. I reached out to customer service, and I was told that I needed to use another credit card because for some reason their system flagged the previous one. So I purchased again on the 14th with another card. That order was canceled too! They do not notify you if they cancel your order. They just leave you hanging. At this point I'm beginning to wonder if my credit card information has just been stolen. Customer service did nothing to try and rectify the situation, and I will not be submitting another credit card number to them. It smells fishy! If GearBubble wants to make it right and get the mug delivered before Christmas, I'll revise my review.

I placed an order on December 6th for a mug. 10 days had passed and my order was still "processing". I emailed them and got an automatic response back - No one ever contacted me about my specific case despite my request. It's now been 2 weeks since I placed my order and still no product - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

UK customs and Royal mail added £13.11 to the cost of necklace. Gearbubble are aware that this would happen but do not give any warning. Necklace just not worth the money. Avoid.

The website says you will receive your order in 5-8 business days. I ordered 8 business days ago and mine is still being processed'. Has not even bern shipped. They say it is because of high drmand' I trusted them and they disappointed me

Unfortunately, with all the heavy holiday traffic, our shipping times are currently 7-12 business days and that time does not include weekend or holidays.
