I ordered something several weeks before Christmas and all the tracking ever said was order being processed. When I contacted GearBubble after the first of the year, they apologized and said they were behind and when I questioned when I would get it they said they could not tell me. Interesting that they charged me for it the day I placed the order and then 30 days later they said that they could not tell me when it would be shipped. Never do business with this company!

Dispute a refund

I ordered a mug 1st year boyfriend 12/15 promising to get here before xmas. It is Jan 7 2019 status says it's shipped the, 3rd but it's stuck on 3rd, with no movement. Like every review, I feel it's false, advertising and bad customer service.

Poor business practice

Ordered a necklace and promised to be here before Christmas and have not received the item as if yet and today is Jan. 6,2019. I tried to track my order and the last update was on Dec. 15th and now my order can't be found. Find the number for when my debit processed: *******753, but since today is Sunday, I called after hours, lol. I left a message and gave them through tomorrow to contact me and if not I will dispute the charge and have them reported.

The products r sub par. No phone numbers to call. Automated response emails. Really. Tracking system sucks. I wanted 4 weeks for my girls items now on week 5 for my wife. Won't buy from them again. Items look nice on line. I was sucked in.

Beware of GearBubble

Like everyone else put in my order before Christmas and was told that I would be getting it before Christmas. I did some research today because there not taking phone calls at this time and not responding to emails found the founder and owner of the company Donald Wilson on Facebook sent him a message so maybe get some feedback that way

Missing Bunny Mug

I ordered this mug on 12/10. There is a 14 business day promise. As of today 1/4, my order is still "processing" I've complained twice and I NEED this mug. They said they would expedite my mug, but I checked the status and it is STILL processing. Money back does nothing at this point. I NEED the mug. It is a Christmas gift for my husband.

DO NOT ORDER

Ordered an item for 12/8 for a gift. The site specifically said it would ship in "10-14 days MAX". As of 1/3 I still do not have the item and their customer service says they have no idea when it will ship. I will not order from them again.

DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered 2 seperate items from these guys. There adds o DONT f both items promised delivery before Christmas. I ordered both on the 15th of December so they had plenty of time. One item they shipped on friday before Christmas and the other item was never shipped at all. The item that was shipped was supposed to be a 18 carrot gold pendant and chain, the item came in a week after Christmas and was a cheap piece of tin painted gold and not real gold at all the other item was never shipped to me. I sent back the item that i recieved and even though i had numerous emails to them but they just denied any wrong doing and kept my money. These guys dont moniter the phone number they have listed for customer service, it is just a recording telling you to email them. I have purchased many items from the internet over the years and this was by far the worst experience. Buyer You will only be disapointed.

They suck

They are unprofessional when dealing with the public. Have order merchandise on several occasions, and never received them, and never a explanation as to why. I suggest you never used Gearbubble and avoid the frustration that comes with it.

Late & Chipped

I ordered a mug from Gearbubble as a Christmas present, it arrived too late for the holiday. OK, it happens. Upon opening the item it was chipped on the rim which is unacceptable for a $25.00 (including shipping) coffee mug. Also, the image on the mug is not nearly as bright as the image on their website.

They're lame and evasive

Ordered something I saw on Facebook from 720, in late November, was informed it would be shipped within 5-8 business days. Wrong. 720 referred me to Gearbubble, which pretended to look into it, and now won't respond to my emails. Probably will never receive the ordered product, and in turn, I will never purchase anything from either 720 or Gearbubble.

Is this a scam site?

I ordered a necklace for my daughter on Dec11,2018. Like others I cannot track my order. I tried to call the company to find out they were not taking calls. I have emailed them with no response. Guess I will have to call my bank but not sure that will help! Really disappointed. No product with no explanation!

Why did I not look at the reviews before I ordered from these people. Ordered mug on Dec 8th, credit card charged the same day. They can't take phone calls (there is NO customer service,) refuse to answer e-mails, and if they do, it is the same caned message to everyone, tracking service doesn't even acknowledge the order number, says it doesn't exist, worthless system, and worthless company. Guess I'll have to take the legal path to get any satisfaction, but I'll give them 24 hours to answer this review, just in case they respond to review.

I ordered a product that was to arrive no later than Dec19th. Sent 7 emails and left 4 voice mails. Phone systems says they no longer accept calls. No response to emails. Asking for refund and still being ignored. Also the same day I ordered from them my credit card number was hijacked. BE VERY CAREFUL
