Bought one of these for my husband and he was absolutely delighted. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in size as he had lost a lot of weight due to illness and therefore it was a little too big. Contacted GearBubble and they were very helpful, directing me straight back to the product so I could buy a smaller size. Delivery was also excellent and far faster than I anticipated. I didn't send the first one back, as it was so nice, I decided to keep it for myself.

I am happy with the cust service from this company. I saw the ad on FB and I put in the correct names on the two girls sitting out on a dock. Coffee cup. Double checked it and when I checked over the order the name was missing on one girl. I contacted them directly and they fixed it and I got them correct. Packaging was top notch. Would order again from this company

IT has not been solved. I have not received the gift and have not received a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THEM - horrible customer service.
