Bought a cute cup for husbands birthday. Starbucks was great in communicating where we were at on order every step of the way. From when order was sent to be made to it is now in production to we have mailed your order. Item was exactly as the described and my husband loves his mug! I love that it is dishwasher safe as many items like this are not. Would buy a gift from them again and definitely recommend them as a place to find unique gifts.
Orderd a mug on jan30th for a valintines gift its now feb 28th and it still hasnt arived. No one is able to tell me where it is at the curent moment and no longer able to track it. The company claims to have refunded the money but my account does not show that. What would have been a nice gift ended up as no gift at all
Ordered the coffe mug for my wife for Valentine's 2020 Still waiting. They've played with me back and forth. It is now the 27th of February 2020 and I beleive that if I continue to play there game my wife would get her gift Valentine's 2120 MAYBE.
