If I could give Ganbino zero stars I would. Ordered a gift set from them because they were $100.00 cheaper than anyone else online and never got shipping confirmation never got the product. Emailed their support 4 times asking for shipping/tracking info and got snotty sassy replies back via email from them each time saying they would send an email confirmation the next day and ship the next day, but they never did. My credit card was never charged either, but now I'll have to block their company and/or watch for the charge to reverse it. Trust me, their prices and offers are too good to be true. Everyone on BBB is saying pretty much the same thing.

Completely fake website designed to steal your credit card info. There are no products, it doesn't even have a real billing system. You just put in your information and they take your credit card info and try to rack up purchases before it gets cancelled. You won't get an order number or confirmation email because it doesn't exist. Every review about this site is fake and from people with no associated friends and one or two reviews (if there are two, the other review is a fake website also. Check out Vilejo.com for example)

Supposedly an e-commerce business but the address is for a plumber in Florida? Scam. It was the only vendor offering the item I wanted, but at some point after I entered a second credit card I realized what was happening and looked closer at the site. Then searched for "ganbino scam" and it took me here to all these other helpful reviews.

Had to cancel both cards, what a hassle.

I see another reviewer said he ordered something that showed in stock only for them to cancel the order. I placed an order a week ago then began to wait. And wait. Multiple attempts to contact them by phone or by the chat box on their page went unanswered. When I finally do get a reply from the chat box they say I will receive notification within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Finally I try the only means of contacting them I haven't tried. Email. Finally a reply. They are sold out. It takes a week to tell me that? I should have stuck to Amazon. I would have paid a little more but I would have had my product overnight with free shipping. Horrible customer service. Don't order here unless you like throwing away your money.

Be very careful! This site has common and specific items for sale. You place your order and within 24 hours they "refund" (never a charge OR credit on your card) Check the BBB their reviews are legit as opposed to the ones posted here. Be extra cautious, as they capture personal information when you "order". I hate scammers!

I entered my credit card info into the site like an idiot and then realized that the company doesn't really exist, fake address, non working phone number. This morning about $1000 of charges appeared on our credit card for Nike and an other site. Ganbino is a scam. Do not trust them.

They cancelled my order as I waited for my item over a month without not able to contact them. After a bad review, someone from this fake business would go on this website and make a 5 stars review to pull the site up to 4 stars. I looked up the address they listed on their website on google street view. It's a tiny $#*! house included in the picture. The company charged my credit card also not from Florida, but from California under a merchant name Gannett

I ordered an item not once but twice and got refunded both times. Be careful and don't fall for it like me. I am now constantly checking my account to be sure a charge does not come through that should not.

This was great experience but they said they were going to call about shipping and tracking and I had to call. Plus you guys should value the customers that buy and give them a special offer for repeat buyers.

It was a very wonderful, stress free experience with them! I was able to get what i wanted with affordable payments so I could put the biggest smiles on my grandsons faces! Thank you

Site designed to steal your credit card, flooded with fake 5 star reviews to raise the overall stars. How these people aren't in jail yet is beyond me.

I ordered "Pylex ******* Sliding Gate Kit", order #*******.
Order was canceled the next day without explanation.
Price was 40% below everybody else which should have been a red flag.
It looks like they are just collecting credit card numbers.
Do not order from this website, it is not legit.

I purchased an item and then I was informed the item was not available.
They cancelled the order and provided a refund.
I used a virtual single use card number for the purchase, which has now been used for fraudulent purchases on my account.
This merchant is the only place I used the virtual account number.

I will be back for more. Fast shipping, good communication on order status. Thank you. First time I have used this company. Due to their outstanding service I will use them in the future. Thank you

I wish I had looked at the reviews first. After the money was removed from my card, I was sent an email saying "refunded", with no explanation. However, I never received the money back.

Ordered a pressure canner, the next day got an email saying my order was refunded. No reason, no explanation and NO response from trying to get customer service. The payment is still in my bank account and has NOT in fact been refunded. Scammed! Do not order from them.
