Ordered a pressure canner, the next day got an email saying my order was refunded. No reason, no explanation and NO response from trying to get customer service. The payment is still in my bank account and has NOT in fact been refunded. Scammed! Do not order from them.

These people are Crooks, not professional, no customer service skills. Scam artist just needs to shut it all down. Contacted Google first shutdown website.

Ordered 2 items that we could only find on this site and they cancelled the order and refunded my card the next day saying they were out of stock. I checked the site the next day and the same items were showing in stock so I ordered them again. And again they cancelled them saying that they were out of stock. They refunded my card both times, but they are still showing things in stock that are not, or they just don't know how to run a business. Either way, I would suggest taking your busniness elsewhere as this looks like a scam, or at least run by incompetent people!

I place a order on this website and after one month when I connect then they tell me that your order is cancelled but there don't inform me on my e mail and when I demand them for my refund they don't respond bcz this is totally based on faraud stay alert

I have ordered a toaster oven from this site. I received no confirmation. Each time i reach out they said i will get one that day, they daid this multiple times. I have responded after they said i will get notification soon and that was nearly a week ago. I told them i will report to my credit card company regarding this. This has caused anxiety and i will NEVER go through this again. Stranger danger!

This was my first purchase through Ganbino -- and I was concerned that the site might be shady -- turns out it was. They cancelled my purchase days after I placed the order with no explanation -- leaving me without a present for my grandson. Will NEVER use this site again!

I ordered formula from this site on Sunday. Today, Tuesday, I saw several articles stating this is a fraudulent site. Better Business Bureau is investigating them. I emailed them with no response, and I tried calling the number listed for "24/7 Customer Service" but this must be the 25th hour or the 8th day, because I got a non descript voice message that didn't even state the company name. I am a grandmother seeking formula as thousands of others across the USA are right now. It is terrible that criminals will prey on people like this! I don't usually purchase without research, but the formula crisis is so terrifying I thought I needed to purchase 2 cans quickly before they disappeared! I don't expect to ever see a shipment from Ganbino.com, nor do I expect to get my money back. I'm left still searching for formula. Hoping this review might reach someone else who takes the time to research, as I did not!

They have stuff listed on their site for sale but then they just refund whatever you order. I'm wondering if this is a credit card number farming site.

This company is a fraudulent site. Ordered a month ago and still no product. Not able to get a hold of anyone and found out this morning that my account has had 6 fraudulent charges in less than 24 hrs. BEWARE DON'T USE THEIR SITE!

Placed order and called with a question.
Made several calls and no one picks up.
Sent several emails, never got any replies.
My best guess, they wanted my credit card info.
I call this illegal.
