Ordered a swim suit 6/15/17... still waiting... unable to reach anyone by phone so submitted a tracking request via email link from their site. Guess what? It bounced back undeliverable! This site was my next find... I'm a bit Leary since all the reviews are really good or really bad. So far for us I side with the really bad and wonder who if anyone actually had a really good experience & got their ordered items.

I placed an order on 6/1/17 and still have not received it on 7/2017. If I ever get my dress I will never use this site again. Feel like I'm being scammed. Asking for a refund is a joke I assume.

Both the range of products and the prices are comparable with similar online stores based in China. Shipping is therefore not the quickest, but you can pay to have something shipped more quickly.

Just like many others on this review site, it has been quite a long time and I have yet to received my order, the tracking number never worked and the phone number I keep calling hands up automatically. Seems like a scam!

I was attrackted to this website becasue of their bathing suits.
But now I regret buying there more than ever. The customer service sucks and this is why: - the online chat communication is not on point. Chances are you lose connection during the conversation;
- the people you're talking to are actually really rude but try to 'cover it up'.
For instance when you say you'd like to wait for an item to be restocked in stead of choosing another item.
- making your customer pay extra for a tracking code is complete bs when you know you're not going to be able to provide them with the inquiries on their parcel.
" note that we are not able to track the package as soon as it leaves it's country of origin".
- they don't come up with an alternative when an item is out of stock, unless you contact them through chat because they only respond to emails whenever they feel like it
And so on and so on
This was a bad experience and I will n e v e r order from this website again!
I have bought more than once several things in this site and didn't find any problem. The prices are good, and they have a lot of sales during the year

None of the tracking information works so it's literally a "take my money and I'll cross my fingers" sort of experience.
Ordered my dress 7/7 received it 7/17. Not the best quality but it's still super cute and got it for 10$.

For the price payed, it is good quality for the bathing suits. The shipping takes about 2 weeks, which is acceptable. I am happy overall.

I saw an ad about Gamiss on Facebook, It was tempting me to make an order because there is so much choice, specially for swimsuit (which I can stand out from the crowd). I hesitated because yeah good price/original products but I was worried if it was good quality. When I received my order I was so happy because all the bikinis are so perfect and good quality! So I recommend Gamiss to my friends now and tell them "no, it's sure you can trust me it's a solid value you can make an order!"

None of the items fit me well. I'm a pretty typical size small all around and all the bathing suits either did not look like what I imagined or didn't fit. Returning was a hassle. First I was asked to explain the problem with each individual item and post pictures in my message to them (tedious), then found out that shipping was not refunded in returns. Yes, I should have kept the tracking number (always keep it!) but they had me sent it to an obscure PO box under a random person's name. I asked them 3 times to contact the person directly and let me know if they had received it, but it felt as though they avoided this inquiry because I never got an answer. They were gracious enough to refund $20, but I paid $130 total, and I only kept 1 item, which cost $10. Overall, it's great that they respond to your requests on their website and are polite about it, but I just won't be ordering from them again because of their products and their return policy.
