Have ordered several times from Gamiss and I can highly recommend them. They take care of your order immediately and the international shipping is very cheap considering that they track the package all the way. You always get an email everytime there is an update regarding your order.

I discovered this site while searching the internet to source products for a small business I was about to open. I saw the name and on a whim decided to place an order. Its been five months and ten orders later and I have no regrets. Any issue has been dealt with promptly and alternate solutions proposed. When ever there is a delay in shipment, as was for this Christmas season gone, I was immediately informed by Customer Service. I have yet to have cause for a return of product or a refund. All my items have been top of the line and I have had no complaints about them.

Ordered a jacket which looked stylish and good value in the photos but on receipt (took a month to arrive) the product was very cheaply made and the size comparison charts are inaccurate. The goods were shipped directly from China and it is questionable they would meet EU standards. I would never buy again from this company. The poor service and even poorer quality undermines the many reputable online sellers. I will stick to ordering from UK companies who at least QA the goods before selling. If this is an example of what the Chinese can manufacture then western manufacturers have little to worry about.

Does NOT make sense?

I have not and WILL NOT order from this sire based on the reviews BUT my reason for writing this is im about 37 reviews in and ALL are horrible addressing Sizing issues and quality and then I see 5 star reviews sprinkled in and they do NOT add up! They ALL address the same things everyone is mad about saying " oh I LOVE this place... Sizes always fit great and the quality is amazing. Its saying everything the bad reviews are in reverse. People csnt REALLY MISS this right? Ill BET all the "5 star" are FAKE... I dont know anyone that writes a review and makes a point to say how the crap actually FIT them!? Its BS folks. How its even LEGAL IDK?

Disappointed

These product looks great on site with creative with innovative design however the sizes are not American sized and are to small. Your products are made in a foreign country that doesn't match the US sizes. I will give them away to people of medium built, but will not order again or recommend.

They cancelled my order after 6 weeks and never notified me. They "refunded" my money which for them means it went in my Gamiss wallet so I'd have to order another item. Not happening I'll write off what I spent and cut my losses. Tried contacting them on chat line, nope it only handles pre-order inquiries. Tried calling support line, nope phone rang continually then line went dead. This site is a scam

Order Number RR**************; all items 'XL' ordered for me fit an 8 year old child! Their website is difficult to negotiate when endeavouring to request refund; looking over prior reviews there are many complaints about items being too small- company has not addressed this issue- thus, evinces they do not care; if you wish to receive items to throw away, or to throw money away, carry on- otherwise avoid this irresponsible company. Bad customer service

Only gave one star because I had to would have been minus. Ordered an outfit on Ruth September for Halloween still waiting. All complaints were replied to by automates response (Hi Baby) couldn't get through to their 24 7 line for over 2 weeks, just response to leave message. Did eventuaLily get through and was told first package was hwld up in customs (funny the automated e-mail said it hadn't been despatched and then been despatched again
Second despatch was also held up in customs. Told to wait another week
SAME AGAIN ahhhhhh told problem with courier company... l wait 1 week please ahhhhhh
Still waiting they don't seem to care and I can't find an address to vent my anger in a letter

The prices were very good, the sizes were at least two or even three sizes small. Whoever labelled or manufactured these has no idea of American sizes. XXL, XL, and L were all very small. I can give them as gifts, but will NEVER order anything from them again.
