What a joke
December 15, 2017

What a joke,. Ordered an item mid NOvember, Paid for upgraded shipping. Tracking number does not work. Tried calling during operating hours. No one answered and they wanted me to leave a message. No Reply. Tried using their "24 hours" chat help. To find out that its not really 24 hours, instead they were closed and I was told to submit a "ticket." Submitted a ticket with no reply. Its December 15th, this item is a Christmas suit. NOt even going to get it before Christmas if at all. I contacted my bank and am going to contest the charges as I used a debit card.

Despite requested Expedited Shipping, items are still yet to be dispatched 2 weeks after ordering. Repeated chasing of said order has been misleading from start to finish - claiming they had been sent - tracking number they provided shows otherwise and that it's yet to even be collected for shipping. Also confirmed with DHL who are the shippers for said tracking reference. Heading to bank to cancel and report fraudulent transaction - do NOT use

So disappointed

I bought a hoodie it was cute but there size chart and mine aren't close but i bought these magnets the show them sitting on a slice of wood with the bark they; look like they should be as big at least as bb but no that slice of wood is the size if a nickel like 216 birdshot bbs plus i waited 2 months to get and i paid for 3 day delivery

Im really worried. I bought all my christmas gifts and this company is located in china.
That is why it takes so long... Also, your right... the numbers do not work... its quite the scam... so christmas will come and go and my parcels are no where... that just ruined my christmas. Nobody responds. They have an automated email that is it... DONT SPEND A NICKLE ON THIS SITE... NICE STUFF BUT YOU WONT GET THEM

Purchased a men's sweater 2 months ago, item still has not arrived. Company has Zereo communication ability with the buyer, phone number is a non-working number, no communication through the internet either, Thank God I didn't purchase more than a sweater. Gamiss doesn't even deserve a one-star rating.

Still waiting for order more than a month ago no way to contact issue a lot of bowshot tickets I really do not like this fraud website no one contacts me they send email that no one picking up the phone but that is completely wrong i do not trust this website it is a scam stay away from this side I have proof of this i sent more than 20 email no answer

Today is December 12th. I ordered some holiday wear for a Christmas party that took place last Friday.
When I went to the site to contact them, there is no way to file a "ticket" to contact them. The tracking number is useless- it leads to nowhere.
I guess I'm out the money I spent.
This kind of e-commerce makes it harder for legit places to do business.
I will think twice about ordering from any new company now...

True you do have a dispatch time on each product. However when one places an order on 11/13 and nothing is even heard from you until I sent an email asking where the things are on 12/7 your dispatch time is not true. For example the shirt that I ordered on 11/13 had a dispatch time of 5-10 business days. Which would have given enough time that it would have been to me by 12/07. Instead what I received from you was an email stating that one product could no longer be delivered due to regulations and you were waiting payment for the order. Funny you took the payment moments after I placed the order. I dont believe anything you say. I think you are a scam just like dresslilly and rosegal and many other businesses coming out of china. You have cheap material, cheap craftsmanship and certainly no morals or ethics. You are pompous and self righteous and only careabout your profit not the customer. If you cared about the customer then you would have 1) sent the merchandise that was ordered in a correct and timely manner and 2) when I cancelled the order and asked for a refund you would not have told me it takes 7-14 days depending on my bank. That is bull$#*! as you can issue the credit immediately and it shows up on my account immediately. You are scam artists and deserve to be put out of business!

Placed a sizeable order on Nov 3 217 for about 15 items that were tobe xmas presents. Delivery time was stated as 7-10 days. I thought wow will have them here and wrapped before thanksgiving. Well come Dec 5 when nothing had arrived and have not heard a peep from the company I sent them an email asking about my order. Their response was that one item they could no longer deliver because of some regulations and they were holding the rest of the order waiting payment. HUH? I paid when I placed the order. Then I found out that not only due to government regulations they could not deliver 1 item but 4 others were also out of stock. Now is that any way to do business. So I asked for a refund and was told it would take 7 to 14 days depending on my credit card. Heck they took the payment in seconds so why so long to issue a refund. I will never deal with this company again or with any of the other companies under the same chinese umbrella like rosegal, dresslilly, tophatter and many others. Buyer beware of sizes and descriptions and neither are correct. It seems that their measurements are way off and in what world is a face towel a blanket! Most materials are poor quality and honestly although prices are great the workmanship is terrible. Buyer beware!

Worst Experience

I placed my order on Oct. 25
Contacted them about the order in early Nov because it seemed to be taking a long time. I was told the items were out of stock.
Order finally shipped Nov. 17th
Order received on Dec 5. And IT'S THE WRONG ITEMS!
I contacted customer service again and was told it would be 3 DAYS before someone would be able to address my issue.

All in all, this is the most inept company I have ever bought anything from. Avoid them like a plague.
