Pleasantly surprised

I've ordered a few things from Gamiss now. At first I was honestly skeptical about it. After ordering from there I found the products to be of decent quality and cam in a relatively timely manner. The customer service team has done a great job if I had any issues or wondering about where my packages were. I would definitely use them again!

Good Deals

I have ordered many things from Gamiss. The few times there was a problem, they were quick to respond and refund my account. Their prices are reasonable, and you can earn G-points to save money off future purchases. Also, the sizes seem to run small, so check the measurement chart to see what size you need to order. Also they do not include washing instructions with the clothing.(No laundering instruction labels either). If in doubt, I would suggest either hand washing or dry cleaning.

Gamiss has a wide and beautiful collection of clothes at very reasonable prices. I've bought several dresses from them and they all fit perfectly and look amazing! Definitely planning on buying some more.

None of the items fit me well. I'm a pretty typical size small all around and all the bathing suits either did not look like what I imagined or didn't fit. Returning was a hassle. First I was asked to explain the problem with each individual item and post pictures in my message to them (tedious), then found out that shipping was not refunded in returns. Yes, I should have kept the tracking number (always keep it!) but they had me sent it to an obscure PO box under a random person's name. I asked them 3 times to contact the person directly and let me know if they had received it, but it felt as though they avoided this inquiry because I never got an answer. They were gracious enough to refund $20, but I paid $130 total, and I only kept 1 item, which cost $10. Overall, it's great that they respond to your requests on their website and are polite about it, but I just won't be ordering from them again because of their products and their return policy.

Worse shipping experience ever! I bought 3 swimming suits and I paid extra money for an expedited shipment, but they just took the money and made me wait to get 2 items and still waiting for the third one! The quality of the swimming suits does not match exactly the pictures. There will be always a problem with item: too large from the bottom, too small from the sides, etc... so, DO NOT order from this company! Wish I read the comments before paying. I can see lot of consumers are complaining about shipping and delivery, and this company does not even care! From late May until now, I am still waiting for my swimsuit. Summer is almost over! I've contacted the consumer service, but they always find an excuse, and they always blame customs! Just don't waste your time and money with them! So disappointed!

I get it. I paid like nine bucks for a hooded sweatshirt, but seriously you can't pass off a medium or a large as an XL. I'm not a big guy, but when this XL doesn't make it to my wrist and it sits above my belt it's all wrong. Let's see how they deal with the return process.

Slow processing
October 21, 2017

Ive ordered and paid for an item its been over one week and still says processing, to me that is a little ridiculous on processing considering I pay extra to get it here faster. When I sell to customers online, my processing time is 2 days max. If it takes this long I might not order again too slow

I've been waiting for my order to arrive for 2 months now, that's well over the 5 weeks they spoke a about. The tracking number is invalid as its not the 13 digits China post assigns to its couriers. There is NO way to get in touch with gamiss support to understand and resolve this issue. I will never order from them again and tell everyone to order at their own risk. It's China were ordering from. DO NOT TRUST. Bad quality and fake assurance.

1. I love the site and clothes I just dont like that I cant always find my size due to them being sold out or whatever the case may be.
2. But ordering and receiving my items never been a problem on a scale from 1-10 I will give the site an 7.

I ordered a lace Vintage Dress and it was faulty, I paid with Paypal and received a full refund without having to return the item. I have not placed another order for 5 items... 2 have arrived... 2 are on their way and the other is awaiting stock. It is a shame that we are not aware of the lack of stock when ordering... let's see what happens

Actually I like material of items, but you must buy 2 sizes up from what you normally wear. Definitely will recommend to those who want to be different and not find themselves wearing the same things as everyone.

Ordered a jacket which looked stylish and good value in the photos but on receipt (took a month to arrive) the product was very cheaply made and the size comparison charts are inaccurate. The goods were shipped directly from China and it is questionable they would meet EU standards. I would never buy again from this company. The poor service and even poorer quality undermines the many reputable online sellers. I will stick to ordering from UK companies who at least QA the goods before selling. If this is an example of what the Chinese can manufacture then western manufacturers have little to worry about.

As expected

I've made 4 orders from Gamiss by now and it's what anyone would reasonably expect from a company like this. Shipping times are long for sure, especially through customs, but with a tracking number I haven't had an issue yet, and products do kind of have a you get what you pay for' feel (like fabric is thinner than you might expect in clothing and the stitching probably isn't as secure as it could be but it's decent). My most recent purchase is a phone case which fits well and seems sturdy. I would recommend ordering clothing a size or 2 bigger as many run small. And if it does come true to size and you have the ability to sew you can alter them and have custom fit clothes. Overall I've been pretty pleased and would continue to order from them.

This outfit is a disgrace. They advertise, and happily take you orders, without having the items in stock. After waiting nearly a month two of the items ordered have not even been shipped! And since they come from China, if they ever do, they take further weeks (I am now being quoted up to seven weeks after despatch!). So much for these items which were intended as Christmas presents. There are plenty of e-commerce sites out there that treat their customers with respect. This is definitely not one of them. ZERO stars.

Always Dependable Gamiss

When you see an ad pop up as you surf the net, you dont expect to fall in love.

But that's exactly what happened.

I took a chance that this ad popping up was of good quality items despite a very inexpensive price. I was not disappointed.

I've ordered 5 times from Gamiss and each time I have paid rock bottom prices for too quality items.

I always would recommend them. They are amazing!

Good chineese store

Good prices (you can use points and coupons to reduce the price), relatively fast delivery - packages has arrived to Poland in 2-3 weeks. I've made 5 purchases at Gamiss store, all packages has been delivered successfully. Overall I am satisfied buying there. Gamiss belongs to the owners of Gearbest so they have some reputation.

My experience with Gamiss is very positive.
I order few items in this shop, all orders was delivered free of charge.
One was lost during transit but Gamiss support do a full refund! That's very kind.
Delivery time was quite fast looking from distance perspective.

I've ordered numerous products from this site - namely dresses and a few sweaters. Their site generally provides detailed sizing information so that I am able to choose items that will fit well. Though international shipping can be very slow, their customer service team responds quickly and provides lots of useful information. When I was unable to receive an item I'd order, they provided an immediate refund and apologized for the trouble. Points I receive from previous orders translate into actual monetary discounts that I can use for my next purchase, and product costs are very low. All of the products I've purchased have been of nice quality despite their low cost. I definitely recommend this site for patient shoppers who are seeking a good deal.
