Ordered a product. Never received it. It's been over a week and 10 emails later and I have not even received a response.
This is a scam website. Don't listen to the fake positive reviews they've planted here, you can see the same criticism I am throwing at them across the entire internet from many others and I was stupid enough not to read it before purchasing.
Don't repeat my mistakes. Avoid the scam.
Late update 6/29/2015: Never ever heard from GamesRocket. Palpal ended up refunding my money.
Purchased GTA 5. Five days later still no activation code. Just an email saying it will take 24-48 hours to respond and to not email again. Will never used them again. Customer service is horrendous. Used Paypal and have had to open a dispute ticket.
I'd like to get response from you please. Yesterday i've bought the Secret World game from your site by paypal. They needed my ID copy and ID-shot. Hilarious it may be, and it is, but i wanted the game so i decided to give it a shot. But despite sending verification data, they do not respond - on the site it was 5-15 minutes from buying until order realization. IT IS NOT. It is not even 15 hours... I've read you are quite reliable after all and I hope it a case and everything will be solved eventually. Just it is not as of now, and it's highly dissapointing - so much needless obstacles created by the shop
When should i expect to be given key?
Purchased a years worth of gold, and got email saying to do a phone verification, I was like no problem than my phone number was 'invalid' which makes no sense. Than they ask me for a photo id shot, that's just plain dumb. I've bought thigs before from them and never had a problem, but now they want my personal info like a passport? Hell no. Sent them an email and they haven't responded yet

I just tried to buy a 1 month xbox gold live subcription, they promised delivery within 5-15 minutes. As soon as I payed for it with my credit card (after going through my own banks verification system) They then email me to say that I need to upload photo ID before they can send me the code. There was no mention of this before I processed the payment... what a joke. I have since filed a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Will not be doing business with these clowns again.
12th July:
I pre-ordered a product with them that the reservation was supposed to end in February, that they were supposed to start sending them from May to June, but they changed the date for July, but still nothing, not even an email explaining why they changed the shipping date.
At the time of paying they sent me an email where they gave me a link to check the status of the order, which never worked, so I contacted them and they answered me at that time, and I tried to contact them again but I have not obtained a response.
After this, I started to check the internet and I realized that it is not the first time that this happens with that site.
Please, if you are reading this, avoid using these companies, or do so at your own risk.
As of today, you can still "pre-order" the product on their site.
Very competitive pricing and it's legit. Also, they deliver quick (to email). No negative experience with this seller.
