Scam! - they provided me with a already redeemed card and have not replied to Email with any option to replace or credit my account. #gamecarddelivery

Beware Everyone.

I have spent over $500 USD dollars with them since January 2021 and lately, they have canceled my orders for no obvious reason, I have reached out to them and they kept responding to me with Copy pasted responses.

The next day, I passed another order and they canceled it for no obvious reason, The hilarious part is that they told me to come back in 30 days to be able to order again, as they are trying to protect ME and THEM from fraud!

I asked where the fraud at? They don't know, but they decided not to serve me, not until 30 days from now.

How come a recurrent customer with a verified ID and Selfie thing FRAUD YOU?

And no reason was communicated by the support, You just have to obey their ambiguous rules like a pet.

If you are a recurrent customer be ready to be asked to come back in 30 days because they don't like you at the moment!

I purchased a $100 playstation network card that has already been redeemed. And when I contacted Gamecarddelivery's support they asked me to contact PSN's support and get more details about the redemption date to prove that I didn't redeem it myself, ridiculous right? No, in order to complete my order I had to act like an idiot and take a photo of myself holding a paper with the order number written on it, and then do the same thing with my passport.

I bought two USD 50 PSN cards from them, and both have been redeemed by somebody else prior to my purchase. I contacted them and they asked me to provide proof that I have not redeemed the cards myself. So far it sounds reasonable, but no matter how much proof I provided they kept asking for more proof. I even got Sony to send me an official email that the cards were already redeemed, even that was not enough. They were OK in the past, but now it seems they are starting to scam people. There are apparently many cases, google it. And stay clear!

My problem with gamecard delivery is I purchase a card for a friend and sent it to his email and he couldn't activate card to use it so I contacted gamecard delivery support and they told me to create a account with a phot of myself and I didn't agree with doing this as I was a guest customer and have no interest in creating a account and know I've requested a refund and have not heard back from them so it not very good there policy when all I need is an activation code to activate the card and they won't send it to me

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing something online. I purchased two Nintendo eshop cards for my son so he could use them to renew his membership online. My son is 8 and he saved his money for this. I not only wasted my entire morning trying to verify this and that and jump through all these hoops required Just to have them email me the codes that I paid for. After wasting an entire morning with this I realized that the cards I had paid for and was still waiting to receive via email we're USA cards and I'm from Canada. I emailed the help desk guy ( his name is Jim) and told him I had made a mistake and the USA cards wouldn't work for my son in Canada. I requested a refund before the card codes were sent to me. The reply I got from the help desk guy named Jim was to send me the card codes for USA gift cards and a response that said " sorry since I just emailed you the gift card codes I can no longer refund you". I feel helpless. My son won't be able to renew his membership and I'm stuck with two USA gift cards that completely useless to me. This help desk man could have refunded me rather then sending me two codes for gift cards that he knew would not work for me but he chose not to. Horrible service dishonest company and very disappointing. I will be placing as many reviews online as possible to make sure as many people out there know what kind of online service you will get if you buy online from this website. When I spoke to a supervisor he was also no help and didn't even try to find a solution with me. Just took my money and was content knowing that the codes they emailed me would not work in Canada. Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought USD 15, once and took it as bad luck it had already been redeemed. Now 2x 50 Itunes cards from them, and both have been redeemed by somebody else prior to my purchase. Not only that after contacting them they will delete your email if you try and complain or ask anything about it. "Jim" Made the mistake of acknowledging the latter email regarding the same order from a different email, because I figured since I wasn't getting auto replies that my email was blocked. Now after this Jim person, has supposedly looked into my order because I keep bombarding them with emails non-stop for days, now they're claiming that I have to send proof of every single card. I did use them prior for about a month say a card a month, thats how they get you, you get a small one first it might actually work, but and when you trust them and use 50 Bam it won't. It's like a trust scam where they build up your trust and then scare me when you start to spend the big bucks. There are apparently many cases, google it, i wish i hadnt of trusted them at all now, ever, as its just so frustrating not even being acknowledged And then your email even blocked it's just too much in this day and age scam please stay clear for your own health and sanity and of course your money. I'm a uni student and 100 bucks is so much money to me I don't know about you… If you want to try with 100 bucks go ahead but I lost mine. And the fact that they block my email was a bad touch I was honestly upset about it for a couple of days just the way they treated me
