This is by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing something online. I purchased two Nintendo eshop cards for my son so he could use them to renew his membership online. My son is 8 and he saved his money for this. I not only wasted my entire morning trying to verify this and that and jump through all these hoops required Just to have them email me the codes that I paid for. After wasting an entire morning with this I realized that the cards I had paid for and was still waiting to receive via email we're USA cards and I'm from Canada. I emailed the help desk guy ( his name is Jim) and told him I had made a mistake and the USA cards wouldn't work for my son in Canada. I requested a refund before the card codes were sent to me. The reply I got from the help desk guy named Jim was to send me the card codes for USA gift cards and a response that said " sorry since I just emailed you the gift card codes I can no longer refund you". I feel helpless. My son won't be able to renew his membership and I'm stuck with two USA gift cards that completely useless to me. This help desk man could have refunded me rather then sending me two codes for gift cards that he knew would not work for me but he chose not to. Horrible service dishonest company and very disappointing. I will be placing as many reviews online as possible to make sure as many people out there know what kind of online service you will get if you buy online from this website. When I spoke to a supervisor he was also no help and didn't even try to find a solution with me. Just took my money and was content knowing that the codes they emailed me would not work in Canada. Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would.
