Ordered some silver coins on December 1 and was told 2-3 weeks, called and now it's 4-6 weeks. Asked about refund policy and they said there would be a return penalty. WHAT? Never recieved it how can they assess a return penalty. Definitely going to contact Florida AG office. These people also refused to tell me how large or small a company they are/were. Judging on some of the other single star posts, will not do business with them again. Very disappointed! Stay from these guys.

I ordered $459.00 of silver coins and sent them a check. They got the check on January 2 2024, they wait 10 m days for the check to clear, That would be January 12Th,wouldn't you think they would be putting the order together now. On January 29TH,I asked where my order was and got z song and dance. It is now February 6 2024 and STILL NO ORDER!

I like their products, they are of very good quality, I also liked that they facilitate the purchase since they have many payment methods and the best thing is that they are sent to your home.

I've bought coins here for a decade. They have a vast collection and you get what you pay for. If your just buying bullion coins they're great. Huge selection, etc. But nothings perfect. They're often out of stock on many coins. And they take forever to deliver. Sometimes up to month. But where else can you buy coins with this selection? Or with speedier delivery?

My check for 20 gold eagles one ounce cleared 10/10/24. Today is 12/14/24. Coins have not been shipped. If they had them in stock and were advertising them.,why weren't they shipped!,,,…?. Nate will not answer emails or communicate. BE CAREFUL VERY VERY CAREFULL if you chose to do business with GAINSVILLE. Rating subzero

For me, a LCS that only buys bullion products a spot price regardless if numismatic. I have chosen not to do business with them again because of that.

I ordered (20) silver rounds on 28Oct2023. My check was received on 03Nov23. There was a (10) day hold, after which I expected my coins to ship (17Nov2023). It is the 21Dec2023 and no word when my coins will ship. Never order coins from Gainesville Coins! There are so many reputable bullion dealers out there - why deal will a company like Gainesville Coins that doesn't deliver.

They are kind people who send my orders on time and their products are always surprising, it is always a great experience shopping there.

Despite the negative reviews, I was hoping to get a good service since they have a lot of complements. I liked their staff, they were very much into helping and solving any issues and concerns. The shipping and delivery was not late and actually appreciated the updates from the company from any changes. I am still to buy more here.

Would like to rate Black Beard rounds I ordered! Can't do it because they still haven't arrived! Ordered over 40 days ago, talked to customer service 3 time, can't or won't let me know when they will ship! Say ship in sequence of when ordered, won't let you know what place in que you are! Can tell you customer service and shipping is very poor! Didn't hesitate to charge credit card. Hope I didn't get scammed! Will update if received.

I can't speak for others but my experience with Gainesville Coins went exactly as they said it would. After my order I sent a check, they sent me confirmation check received. I waited 10 business days, 2 weeks. I gave them an extra 5 days as their website said their deliveries were a little behind due to supplier inventories being low. I then called them asked about my order and the lady couldn't confirm a delivery date.
I received an email later that day my order was packed waiting for the post office to pick it up. I was able to track the package over the next few days until it was delivered. I can only say this, I'm satisfied! I paid $2 less per ounce using Gainesville coins. I realize a lot of people complained about this company but they always got their product. I assume they don't buy things online lately. I've waited over 3 months for some companies to send me my coins but they always send them as did Gainesville. I'll end with this, read their online policy carefully and then decide if you want to agree to it or not, if you agree then you understand the process. Most satisfied customers don't leave reviews.
