I ordered an item on October 19,2020. Was told it was shipped about a week later. Still haven't received the package. I have tried multiple times to either get an update or a refund. Got a standard reply for either request. Nobody in person ever responded. This.is a major scam.
I have been shopping online at Gadgetsdealer.com for over one and half years now, and my experience with them has been good so far. Their product variety is comprehensive, you will find most electronic and household product on their site. Their prices and shipping costs are very low. They deliver orders within reasonable time (about 30 days to my destination Kenya). Their products are always as described on their website and of high quality. Their customer service is GREAT. They will respond to customer inquiries within reasonable time, and they strive to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. They will also keep the customer updated at every stage of the order through emails.
I saw their advert on Facebook and ordered a Cordless Chain Saw in October 2020.
Nothing arrived and after several unanswered questions and requests, and chasing Delivery which said goods were in transit I followed the route. In february 2021 I received a small envelope packet and it contained a tiny ring. Thinking this could not be what I ordered on checking it confirmed that it was the chain saw I had ordered. I emailed the company and never got a reply. A total scam, and being a pensioner with limited funds it really hurt. I paid by credit card so seeing if I can get my money back.
I ordered an item on 10/05/2020 and was billed on 10/07/2020. I waited over a month and did not receive the item. I tried to contact customer support with no help. On December 22,2020, I contacted my credit card company for a phone number and they had none. They called the company from online info and got no response either. They finally credited my charge back. Don't trust this company as they are not legitimate.
I bought a few things and received them however, I was then also charged for something that was never in stock and never received a refund. I provided them with the item or stock number for the things charged me and it was a hellish run-around that went on for weeks. They kept asking me for the stock/item number which I always provided in each email however, they never did resolve the matter. It was clear they were just playing around with me until I got tired enough to stop requesting a refund which I did. It was so exhausting that I just gave up on ever seeing my money ever again. I will never order from this company again.
Ordered a battery powered wood cutter on October 17,2020. Still has not arrived! Same response when they were questioned about order. It might take 4 to 6 weeks. Up to 12 weeks and counting. DO NOT, repeat DQ NOT order from this company or its other name PENITON.
I ordered a Mini chain saw back in early October. It is now November 10th. No merchandise and no email explanation as to why it wasn't shipped. This is POOR customer service. Send me my refund Please! If the item is back ordered I can understand, just tell me when to expect its delivery.
The customer service is good, the quality is okay. Only a problem is that the shipping speed is a little slow, I have waited for a few days. I hope it will be improved. In total, I am happy to purchase the items on this website.
It is horrible. My order is stuck in some post office- i don't know which one. And they haven't given me a proper standard tracking number either. It's been 7-8 months now and i have no hope.
This website is totally scam! Don't ever buy from them.

Electical item (not a cheap one!) arrived badly damaged. Gadgetdealer will not take any responsibility and now their customer service person Carrie will no longer answer my messages. I bought a watchphone from this site, and i received it in perfect condition, not a single problem or scratch, i did wait 45 days for my purchase, but that is what they told me at costumer service. They told me that the county i am in will take 5 - 45 days and they did not lie.
I ordered it September 10th and have not heard anything from you or anything y'all took my money out of my bank account off my GreenDot card I can see where y'all took the money but I have not heard anything from you I'm not got any mail or anything
