Best price I saw. Easy to order

The product came very quickly, and the price was unbeatable. The only complaint I have is that the attachment for the wall charger is for a european style plug, even though I live and ordered the product in the US. The issue, to me, is insignificant enough that I don't want to bother with sending the product back.

The box was damaged a bit, not wrapped and looked as though it had been opened. Did it fall off the back of a truck? For this I rated a 4 star rather than a 5 star experience. Everything inside the box was sealed and the camera works fine.

Ordered with expedited shipping, however shipment did not go out for several days due to "system down" according to sales.

I ordered with you guys on the 17th of July and didn't receive my order until the 25th and only because I called to check the status of order and found out it was just being shipped that day, but lucky customer service was able to send it 2 day delivery so was able to receive it on the 25th in time for my wife's birthday party!
