Recieved Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 on time. Unfortunately, the box was not sealed and the standard Quick Start guide and product registration card missing. It made me wonder if product truly "new" as described, or refurbished, in which case I paid too much. I called customer service after I could not register the serial number on Samsung website, and rep stated they already did the registration. Hmmm. Hopefully it will be for a full year, not a limited refurb warranty. So far, the tablet is working okay.
Price & delivery very good. Surprised that a camera arrived with no SD card (and no internal memory)... Of course camera is useless without SD card. Reviewed order and there was NO claim that it contained an SD card... so my oversight. Not a tragedy, as there is a local source for SD cards, but just a little surprise.
I bought a Panasonic GH4, GC had it for almost $200 less than every other retailer. I was skeptical at first as I have never seen their site before, but google listed them as the best price from my search. I looked through the site, read some customer comments, and everything looked legit.

Ordered the Panasonic Lumix GX7 yesterday. Even though I was informed that it will take 1-2 days for the order to ship out I already received it today. Super fast shipping and cheaper than anywhere else!
Product delivered as advertised. I do note the box says "for Japan only". No warranty for outside Japan. I guess I didn't read that part when buying. Hopefully not important. Rarely do I have warranty issues.
The order process was really easy, almost too easy to believe... The site lacks some aesthetics properties that I guess I usually expect so I was a bit thrown off. Assuming that the entire purchase goes without a hitch I will probably visit again.

You saved me from ordering from America Cameras.
However when the package arrived, the contents tumbled around very loosely. My wife was very concerned that it was damaged. Upon opening the box, we discovered 2 deflated packing pillows. There was room for 8 pillows as was contained with a camera case that I had ordered from Amazon. Because there was insufficient packing, we are concerned about damages incurred as it tumbled around on route from your facility. My wife thinks that a new camera (properly packed) should be overnighted to us. We leave for our vacation Saturday evening, April 25th.

My item is a Christmas gift so I have not had a chance to use the item just yet. I am sure I will for Christmas day though. Not sure whether it was the actual courier that did not live up to getting the package here in time or if it was the shipper putting having the product leave late that it arrived on Friday instead Wednesday as when I ordered product. I give the benefit of doubt to the shipper.
Great price and easy purchase but the expensive lens I purchased was just thrown in a big box with no packing material of any kind!
If not for the secure Styrofoam in the retail Nikon box the lens would have been damaged.
It really was dumb to ship a $1000 lens in a big empty box so it just bashed around in it.
I contacted gadget and they said they would talk to the shipping dept about this and if the lens was damaged they would replace it.
So at least they had my back despite the careless shipping.
The lens was brand new in the box and works perfectly so far.

I was pleased to have my call answered quickly, my questions answered politely and with more than adequate information, and additional information regarding the company that portrayed excellence. I immediately hung up the phone and ordered the camera online with complete confidence. I requested 2-3 day shipping, which the shipping prices were so reasonable I could splurge in quick shipping, and my camera was received 2 days after playing the order. Upon receiving my package, I opened the contents of the original box and was again pleased with the camera itself. I have used the camera many times since ordering and love my new T6s. I am extremely happy I ordered this camera through this company. I will look to them again for future purchases!

Best price, easy checkout, and my order was delivered quickly with free shipping. The product I ordered is a gift so I have not confirmed that it works properly yet, but since it is new I expect it will be fine.

Emailed the store asking if there was a storefront I could visit. I was told yes and given an address. No storefront at all! Called the next day and they said they were only a warehouse. Product was great and price was cheapest around
Very easy I call first to know that you have the camera, and then I order with my american express.
My only concern is about what in the box outside of the camera box said (for japan only not intended for sale outside japan contains no warranty for outside japan) but I call and ask the person in in line toll me 12 moth warranty so and please.

I had a very good experience. Great price, fast shipping. BUT I knew in advance that the lens that I purchased was not a "retail product" but was probably removed from a kit or imported from Asia. So I know I was taking a chance. I was willing to do that. I am kind of cheap.
